Everything was just as the pictures show. We were close to two different metro lines and the bus stopped right outside our door. There were several restaurants and cafes nearby. Lluis was very responsive and helpful. We were able to check in early since our flight had a morning arrival. I would highly recommend. We fell in love with the apartment and the city. We will be back. Thank you for everything!

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Barcelona. Location was excellent with close proximity to the metro for seeing everything the city has to offer. Also within walking distance to the historic areas and numerous restaurants, Montjuic and the beaches. The beds were comfortable and all other amenities made for a great stay, we just wished it was for longer. What a beautiful city to visit. We hope to return some day !

Good location. Close walks to the beach and Las Ramblas. Apartment had everything we needed and the host was very helpful and easy to contact. Only complaint is one of the bathroom’s toilet leaked on the floor. We would stay here again.

Located in walking distance to Las Ramblas as well as the hop on/off bus. Clean and tidy apartment and for a small fee you can leave your luggage if you arrive before the 3pm check-in time. The host organised the taxi for us as well as recommending a really good restaurant. One slight negative point, the road is very noisy which means sitting on the balcony isn’t relaxing, however we didn’t go to relax!

Location is great. Access to the apartment is easy. Communication is great. It’s obviously quite noisy as it’s right by a big traffic island. There was enough space for 5 tall adults for a week. We didn’t cook apart from just a bit of breakfast and some drinks. Tube station is very near. Buses go from right outside. We had a few small issues but host was on hand to help immediately. We had a good week and saw a lot of stuff.

This was a great place for our family to stay in Barcelona. We were traveling with two teens and had plenty of room to spread out and relax after a day of sightseeing or the beach. The location was close to a metro station and in walking distance of the beach and Gothic Quarter which was fabulous. We loved popping down to the cafe down below for our morning coffee and croissant. Lluis was a very responsive and helpful host. And the views from the balconies were icing on the cake! Highly recommend this apartment.

From the moment I booked right up to departure, the owner Lluis couldn't have done enough for us. Very responsive, helpful and friendly. The location is great and accommodation was clean. The beds are very comfy. We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend.
The only minor improvement we could suggest is the lift to the room could be bigger but didn't really bother us!

Comfy and excellently situated apartment
Very comfortable and excellently situated apartment for anything that you may wish to do in Barcelona either on foot or by Metro.
The owner was very friendly and helpful in meeting us at his property to allow us to leave our luggage before check in.
The only problem we had was trying to have a shower with water that we could not get to run at a constant temperature was a bit frustrating but certainly didn’t spoil our stay.

Stay away from this apartment.Building is part of a Hostal. Elevators only work sporadically and twice we had to walk up 7 flights. Apartment when entering was visibly dirty , walls cracking and was in desperate need of a paint job. Hairs were all over the bathroom sinks and toilets.On our last day a cochroach ran into our open luggage. The first night we arrived we could not take a shower as there was no hot water. Owner resolved problem but it was already too late. The shower holder for the hand held shower was not functioning and during our entire stay we had to shower with one hand only holding the shower head.Location was very good as the crow flies however the noise level is through the roof. BLACK MOLD in one of the bathroom shower in ceiling.Toilets were visibly soiled inside. One in our party had to leave because the springs inside her mattress was hurting her back.When reporting the lack of hot water to Luis he asked his employee to say there was hot water when is was cold and she refused his request adding insult to injury.A truly bad experience.

Fantastic Flat
Fantastic Flat in a great Location! Idea and quick access to everything whether walking or getting a Taxi. The flat itself was Very Clean and have everything and more we needed for our stay. The A/C was just amazing.
The owner greeted us at the front door and showed us around, and was very helpful.

Great stay in Barcelona
The owner of the apartment arranged a taxi to collect us from the airport. He also met us at the apartment, even though we were delayed by 3 hours and didn’t arrive until after 11.30pm. He was very nice, took us up and showed us around and explained where everything was.
The apartment itself is in an excellent location, 10 minutes walk to Las Ramblas, but also to the bridge that takes you across to Mare Magnum where there is a shopping centre with restaurants and the Aquarium. It is also a few minutes from a couple of the hop on hop off bus stops. There was a little corner shop down below the apartment and there is also a Lidl 2 blocks away.
The apartment is clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The views from our balconies were stunning. Overall we had a great stay and is would stay there again. I only have 2 criticisms which is why I gave 4 stars not 5. The showers were great, however there are only 2 options for temperature - scaldingly hot or freezing cold! It was so bad I couldn’t let my children shower, they had baths because I was able to fill it with nice warm water.
Also, in one of the bedrooms, I went to open the blind on the first morning, and as I did so, the attachment flew off the wall. The bottom screw was missing, but it looked like this wasn’t the first time this had happened, you could tell by the damage to the wall that this had happened many times before.
Finally, when you enter the building, the lift makes you feel like you never want to go in it for fear of it getting stuck, it is so old and rickety. We only used the lift on the first day and the last, to transport our suitcases up and down! First impressions of the building made us not feel safe the first night, but once we got used to it we were fine.
The owner checked on us the next day and I told him about the water temperature and the blind attachment so hopefully these issues will be sorted. He was very helpful and even arranged a taxi for us on our last day to the port.
We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend the apartment to friends and family.

We had a great stay in Barcelona in this ideally located and equipped apartment
When we decided to stay in Barcelona there were many options however we decided on this apartment based on location and size (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms).
From the point that the booking was made, Lluis (the owner) was extremely helpful and answered our questions promptly and did everything that he could to help.
We were able to park our car for the duration of our 3 night stay very close to the apartment which cost just under £55.
The apartment is just a few minutes walk from Les Ramblas and the popular marina area. We also walked up to the Miramar Hotel (about 25mins) and went on the cable car across to the beach area; there are fantastic not to be missed views from both the cable car and Miramar!
We also used the excellent Metro underground to get around the city. There are two stations very close to this apartment, the closest being Drassanes (about 5 mins walk).
In summary, this apartment was extremely well positioned, well equipped and an idea size for a trip to this wonderful city!

The apartment was lovely and in a great loacation, the view from the bedroom was amazing.
Overall we had a great time, we would definitely stay in the apartment again. No complaints at all as it had everything we needed. Again the location was great.

An enjoyable stay at the apartment
The apartment was nice, clean and comfortable for 7 of us. Owner, Llius was very responsive and helpful. He also arranged a taxi ride for us and made it easy for us to get to the apartment. Plus the location of the apartment is very convenient, within walking distance to La Rambla and Hop on and off tour bus stop. Highly recommended.

Clean, well lit, easy access to metro, nice patio
Overall, we recommend this apartment for a visit to Barcelona. There are some pros and cons to consider.
First, the good:
Lluis was a wonderful host and very accommodating to our special needs. The location was very easy for taxi drivers to find as they Street Parrallel is quite well known. The location is very good for walking to sight see areas such as Maritime Museum. Las Ramblas, harbor and aquarium, and Gothic Quarter. Also, there are many restaurants and shops and metro very nearby. The apartment was very clean and well decorated in a modern Ikea style. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and the beds were mostly comfortable.
The cons included a hard bed in the second bedroom and flimsy, worn pillows throughout. Also, you should know there will be noise from the incredibly busy round-about below. The taxis and buses honked horns and we heard several ambulances the most at 8pm but it was quiet by 10pm. We didn’t mind this noise, but if you are concerned about peace and quiet this is not the right apartment for you. Also, the layout of the apartment is a bit strange with the small kitchen in the very back of the apartment and the dining table in the front entrance. This did not concern us too much and it’s not easily changed. But it’s the first thing you will notice upon entry. It seems strange, the placement of the rooms.
Overall, we would recommend this apartment. It worked well for us for three nights stay. In particular this apartment is better if you will be out sightseeing all day. If we stay in Barcelona again, we will likely book an apartment in the outside of town with a bit more quiet and space because we have children and grandparents who like to stay the day in the apartment. It might be better if you’re looking for peacefulness to stay outside the main area of the city as it’s gridlocked traffic and horns in all the main areas of Barcelona all evening. But it’s a trade if you want proximity to the major sights and attractions.

We enjoyed the view from the balconies, restaurants near by, Metro, bus, cruise terminal, perfect location. Very easy to navigate our trip from the apartment. Perfect location!
Views from the two balconies in the master bedroom are spectacular! You get unobstructed views of the harbor and city, because there are no buildings between the apartment and the water. It's about a block or two to La Rambla. Public transportation close by, restaurant next door, supermarket (LIdl) only a few blocks away. Apartment looks recently remodeled and has a wonderful balcony with table and chairs just off the living room.
Renting in a foreign country can be a daunting experience, but you can be confident with this apartment's owner. Blasi was timely and forthcoming with information and help before our arrival and quickly responded to a question we had during the week we were there. He arranged for transportation to/from the airport at a reasonable price. The driver was waiting at the airport to take our family of seven directly to the apartment--no hassle with taxi lines or confusion over directions.

Excellent Location
We stayed for three days in the unit before a cruise. The owner was waiting for us on the sidewalk when we arrived to show us the place. The location was perfect--close enough to restaurants and attractions without being so close that it would be loud. Also close-ish to a metro station.
The owner arranged a car to bring our family of 5 to the unit. It was greatly appreciated and made our travel from the airport stress free. The building itself has an outer secure door and either stairs or elevator (limited size) to take renters up to the apartment.
The unit was as described and clean. The two complete bathrooms were comfortable. Two of the bedrooms had a bed large enough for two. The third bedroom had two twin sized beds. The largest bedroom has two small balconies that look toward the Columbus statue. The living room has a large balcony. The kitchen was very small but sufficient for our purposes. We usually just ate breakfast at the apartment. The dining table is in the living area.
The air conditioning was excellent and much appreciated. There was plenty of room for 8 of us in the unit. The couch converts to a double bed and bedding was provided for it.
We had planned to use the washing machine, but couldn't figure it out so we hand washed in the tub and hung out on the balcony rack to dry. There was not a clothes dryer. The wifi was fast and reliable.
