Beautiful canal views from the 2 balconies. Just across the street from a beautiful beach. Unit was perfect - beds were very comfortable. Easy drive to Indian Rocks and Clearwater. We also enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool. Great trip!!

Perfect condo for our family of 4 stay. Beautiful views of the bay to watch a sunrise. Under a 5 minute walk to John’s Pass. Nicely stocked kitchen. Easy parking. Very quiet property.

Condo was clean and accommodating, beds and furniture were comfortable, convenient location, lovely bay view, property and pool was in good condition. Only complaint, washer and dryer was very loud. Overall great experience, would stay again!

Excellent location! Directly across from beach. 2 min walk to St.John’s boardwalk. The condo was spotless, comfortable beds, and had everything we needed! They even had beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler! Definitely would stay again! Highly recommend.

Loved the layout of the condo and quick access to the beach. The bay views are gorgeous from the balconies - saw lots of manatees. The pool was not good and it was disappointing. Too hot, no shade and in the middle of a parking lot. Overall we had a nice stay.

The complex is right across Gulf Blvd from the beach, with a marina directly behind. It's just a block from John's Pass Village which has shopping, bars and restaurants. The unit is roomy and has two balconies with marina views. It's also dog friendly. The sectional and a couple of area rugs have seen better days and could be replaced. Overall we would stay there again.

Watched sunrises on the balcony. Very easy walk to the beach, Plus beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances. Had a wonderful time.

We had called the property manager about the AC being stuck on 81 degrees, and tried to turn off the AC over the phone with the property manager which did not help so they said a repair worker would come to fix it while we were gone or leave at portable AC. No one ever showed up and our room kept on getting hotter.

Directly across the street from the beach. Pretty good size space for a condo and on the top floor. The double balconies over the waterway were very nice. There were some minor issues like the handle on the guest shower and the couch was tearing a bit. It was interesting that anyone could get on the elevator and go to any floor without a fob. The hallway entries were old and dark. Overall we had a nice experience and would recommend this condo for a vacation for a small family.

My family and I have been coming to Madiera Beach for several years now and typically stay at a resort in Treasure Island just south of John's Pass, however we were looking for a pet friendly place with no restrictions. The biggest problem we ran into was dog size, but came across this condo that allowed any size dog. I am so glad we did because it was the perfect location. We were walking distance to John's Pass which we went to everyday to get a coffee at Cuban Paradise. The walk to the beach was much quicker than the previous resort we stayed at which was also a great surprise. The crosswalk to the beach is right outside the front door of the resort. The pool and hot tub was also an enjoyable feature, especially the large 9 inch deep platform in the pool you could sit or lay in or even dangle your feet into the deep part of the pool. Overall we were very impressed and look forward to come again next year!

Very clean and spacious - actually has two bedrooms and den with trundle beds and doors. Just across street from beach and walking distance to stores and restaurants.

Bedding was stained with only one extra fitted sheet. Had plenty of pillows but no extra cases. Kitchen lacked important utensils to cook with, and the dishwasher was broken. On the last day there was a cockroach in the room and was told that is normal when it rains and that the likelihood of someone being able to come out was slim since it was a Friday.

Customer service poor. At first sight looks new and pretty. But, it was very dirty. Black feet after showers and hair in sheets (sheets and bedding was not washed). Not enough silverware or bowls Only one person can take a hot/warm shower. That’s not ok. Toilet paper is hard. Pillows aren’t great so bring your own. But, great beds! Appreciated the wedge pillow though. Dirty sheets (small black and white hairs all over them from dogs maybe) Filthy floor (after shower made feet black) Poop on patio from not sure what (small dog maybe) No salt or pepper or any basic things normally left in an Airbnb Coffee filters would have been nice Not enough towels but someone came in and left more the next day which was nice. But, we already washed the five given. Annoying loud beeping constantly (outside but can hear it inside the unit and at the pool). Maybe from the painters? Tip for decor - huge Eiffel Tower pic in the living room doesn’t go with the beach theme. It would be better if that wall was blank.

we went there for work stayed for a week it was very nice comfy beds and pillows they provided cleaning products everything was set up very nice the only 2 issues we had was the washer machine has no door so is very loud and the other reason we choose this place was pool and hot tub but sadly the hot tub was not working so we thought well it happens but then heard different stories from front desk they "said it must of just broke " It has been broken " they are coming out to repair it today" so not sure what is going on but it does hurt the overall review of the stay other then that it was great

There was an issue to get into the condo with no clear directions. It took two hours to resolve at 1:00 o’clock am. A representative in customer service said he alerted the management to get a vehicle card. He stated that the property managers were out an unavailable. I checked on the 2nd floor and the property manager stated that they had not heard from Vacasa. He helped and said the owners of the condo will not work with them… Got into the room, and there was only one towel two hand towels in a washcloth, and they were supposed to be six of each the hallway had a bad smell that seat into the condo… Then they sent a repairman for the dishwasher that I did not try and did not put in an order who came into the apartment without my knowledge, leaving credit cards, cash, and things on site, I was not pleased about this at all because I had a 14-year-old with me and sometimes last for about 20 minutes by herself which was the real concern with her safety. Overall, I was not pleased with the lack of cooking tools and utensils. The only positive thing I can say about this property is it felt safe and the beds were very comfortable. Other than that I would not refer this to a friend.

This location was perfect for going to the beach and walking to “the boardwalk” with lots of choices of shops and restaurants. We loved that they had beach towels, chairs and an umbrella. Very comfortable and clean. The only complaint was that the pool was not open until our last day. We would go back!

It does have the furniture in the photos, but they could use a good cleaning. The bathrooms are original tile and had black in the grout. We could tell the area rugs had not been vacuumed very well as we were finding things in the rugs. Also sheets were very worn. On the upside, SOME of the towel were newer.

We would definitely stay here again, great views, very clean, walking distance from the fun Bamboo Bar that had 70-80’s music every day & night, & John’s Pass & if you need a few things close to the Seven 11. Publix also delivered our groceries very promptly as well😎

I rated the cleanliness a 5, but with the exception of the floors. I didn't want to mark it down, but my/ our feet/ socks were terribly dirty from walking on the floors without shoes for only a short period of time, so I would recommend/ suggest doing a good thorough job mopping the entire unit at least once a week. Otherwise I loved it there and would love to come back again. It was very pleasant and refreshing, and the location was amazing. .
