We booked this house for my sosywrs wedding in Estes Park. We had An amazing time. The house was clean upon arrival passed my mom’s inspection (which is incredibly hard to do). There were books and games to keep the little kids we had with us entertained. Despite there being 8 of us we always seemed to congregate at the little table in the kitchen cause it was such a cozy spot. We had all the pots and pans and anything we needed for cooking or baking while there. The host was great in reappointing any questions we had or anything we needed help with. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and we know where we’ll be staying if we take another trip to Estes Park.

We had plenty of room in the house- they layout was perfect for all being together and having our own space. We enjoyed being so close to the entrance of RMNP and the town of Estes Park. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe.

House had a nice layout and accommodated all of us. It was easy to get to the Park and had routes to avoid downtown Estes Park traffic. The neighborhood was quiet and we had a great view of the night sky-even saw the StarLink train of satellites! Steve responded quickly to any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay.

House had a very well equipped kitchen. We like 4 bedrooms all having at least a king or queen bed. Location was close to town and the park entrance.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was only 10-15 minutes into Rocky Mountain National Park and the neighborhood itself is quiet and relaxing.
The house was well-stocked with anything you might need. Our kids, in particular, loved the generous supply of games and puzzles as well as playing in the yard. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen.
The property managers were helpful, accommodating, and quick to respond.
Highlights of our stay included hiking in the National Park, a trail ride out of Jackson Stables, hanging out by the pellet stove on cosy evenings, eating at Notchtop, and seeing elk, moose, and mule deer.
As others have mentioned, this home would be a good fit for extended families or friend groups traveling together due to the spread out layout of the home.

Great value. Close to town. Four bedrooms and three full baths! Quiet and surprisingly spacious. Plus lots of rabbits in the morning!

This is an excellent location if you’re staying with family but need a little space within the property. Great decor, comfy beds, and very responsive hosts for the few questions we had while there. Short sidewalk walk to a playground. Amazing scenery. I’d definitely recommend for extended family or friends!

House was extremely roomy for our family group (Parents/adult children). Well stocked with all you need. In a quiet neighborhood close to Estes Park and RMNP entrance. Not fancy but well kept. Herd of Elk in the backyard was the highlight.

A group of us came to Estes Park to run the Vacation 1/2 marathon. The house was perfect for our group. The bedrooms are comfortable. it was nice to have 3 bathrooms. We sat outside in the morning for coffee and enjoyed the elk that would roam in the yard. The kitchen was stocked well for our cooking needs. Steve was easy to contact and was responsive when we had questions. I would stay here again. Thank you!

Loved everything about this property! We had 9 people and the house accommodated all of us comfortably. Close to town. The beds are definitely on the harder side. Kitchen stocked very well and organized nicely. Plenty of space for all of us to sit at the table! Cute little pond and playground for the kids to walk too. Lots of deer around!

We stayed here prior to our wedding with our family. Huge house with room for everyone to sleep and plenty of space to spend time together. Beautiful views from the decks. House has all the extras you might need like fans, extra blankets, pillows and a well stocked kitchen. Definitely the place to stay for a group!

This property was perfect for our group of 7. Plenty of room to spread out. The two living room areas with TV's were perfect for adults and our 4 yo. The kitchen was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. We were greeted by a deer shedding it's velvet and a large bull elk on our first night. The location is also perfect. It's a beautiful, quiet neighborhood less than 10 minutes from downtown and RMNP. Highly recommend this home! Will stay again! Thank you!

We had one of our best family vacations staying at this home in Estes Park. It has a great location for visiting RMNP and we hiked every day we were there. We even saw a herd of Elk just down the street from the house one afternoon. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen had all the plates, cups, mugs, silverware, pans, pots and cooking utensils we needed. We made good use of the gas grill as well. The house had a lot of rooms and areas for all of our kids to spread out.

When we initially arrived to the house we thought it was smaller than the pictures had portrayed. However, once inside we couldn’t believe how large the rooms were and even the view from the window of the bathroom with the washer and dryer was gorgeous!
Laying out on the deck at night star gazing was one of my favorite places to be every evening after a full day of adventuring!
One of my crazy friends got up and walked 3 miles every morning before the rest of us were out of bed. She loved the easy access to the walking trail and the wild life she encountered!
The fans in each room was greatly enjoyed by us all! We are all fan sleepers!
Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Our group of 8 adults had plenty of space in this home. The property was beautiful and there is a beautiful trail to walk in front of the house that goes around the pond.

Easy quick drive to Estes park and RMNP east side entrances. Kitchen amply supplied with dining and cooking utensils. Everything is quite clean and comfortable but it’s not secluded, luxurious or scenic - no high ceilings or unobstructed nature views. Bed linens and check out rules could use updating. Unreasonable to ask guests to wash used towels and all dishware, wait for washer and dishwasher to finish cycling and load dryer and cabinets before leaving. But I was very impressed by their responsiveness to repairs and other issues. We had some minor plumbing problems which they took care of immediately with little fuss. Also there’s two remotes for the big tv, one of which works but was stashed out of sight Ins ballet over the faux fireplace till our day 2 and the other very dysfunctional which would’ve been good to know before trying to catch a playoff game. Overall a great place if you’re after a simple, clean home near RMNP/EP.

Girls Weekend
We had a great time in Estes Park at the property. The layout worked well for us and the kitchen was very well equipped...lots of spices and other staples. I would suggest bringing your own ice but otherwise, the kitchen was great.
There was plenty of room for all 5 of us to watch TV together or just talk; however, the couches could be more comfortable. But over all, the property was just what we needed and we had a great time...thanks!

Great location
This was our first time staying in Estes and it was a wonderful experience. The layout of the house is great for big families or couples as there are bedrooms on both ends of the house with their own living areas as well. We saw elk and mule deer almost every morning right outside of the property. There are also pack n plays and board games available which was an added bonus. The property does not have AC however there are box fans in every room. We could not figure out how to open the bear proof trash can outside and unfortunately couldn't find detailed instructions on how to do so and it was very early in the morning when we had to leave so I didn't want to call anyone during that time. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

Great house. Plenty of room and rooms to spread out in. Deck outside was perfect for relaxing in the morning and evenings. Well stocked with the basics and we restocked what we ran out of (regular coffee). Loved that they had so many dishes and silverware and everything we could think of. Close to downtown. Wifi didn’t work well on bunk room side of house would be our only complaint and it isn’t a deal breaker. We loved the house and hope to stay there again in the future. 5th trip to Estes. Definitely the best house for our family.

This home was very spacious and comfortable. It was very clean. However there were some comforters and pillow shams that could have used some freshening... The sheets and regular pillowcases were fine. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and other assorted utensils. A few of the non-stick pans were in need of replacement as the surface had been scratched. Kitchen trash can lid was broken and a bit small (8 gallon) for such a large house. The living room areas were very comfortable. The bathrooms were nice with great water pressure. Outdoor decks were nice. Some of the deck chairs were torn, but the property manager promptly replacement them when emailed. Overall a great home!
