This property was as listed. There was a small hiccup at the beginning of trip with linens. The owner was quick to solve the problem and even gave a small refund for our trouble. Overall, I would definitely recommend this venue. Thanks for allowing us to stay and we hope to come back one day!!

We had a great time at this condo. The space reminded us of a New York apartment with its smart use of space. The sleeper sofa was the most comfortable our son has ever experienced. The location is terrific and the owner is highly responsive.

I was disappointed with the accommodation. Upon checkin, I discovered that the smoke alarm was disconnected and was not operational. The cleanliness of the apartment was not to my standards. The living room rug was covered in clumps of animal hair. The throw on the sofa was unclean with a dried liquid substance ( of unknown origin). I was mostly disappointed with the very dark nature of the apartment. It is positioned between two buildings and therefore has very little natural light. This was very depressing. On a positive note, the owner was very apologetic and communicated effectively. She was very kind to refund 5/7 nights for the reasons stated. I appreciate her honesty and willingness to accommodate my desire to leave early. I wish that the lighting and lack of windows with light and views were disclosed prior to booking. Of course, the smoke alarm and cleanliness are easy for her to remedy.

This property is even more charming than the photos reflect. Overall, the details were impeccable (fluffy towels, luxe linens, thoughtful supplies) and communication was great. Highest recommendation!

The condo was in the perfect location and I could walk to everything - trails, restaurants, shopping and the grocery store! I arrived early into Aspen and was able to check-in - the process was smooth and easy! Andrea is a great host and Suzanna was responsive to my questions. The condo is super clean and furnished beautifully. I felt very comfortable there and would stay again. My only one wish was that there was an iron on-site; otherwise my trip / stay / the place is perfect.

Property is excellently located for whatever you could want to do at Aspen. Easy walk to the gondola, a show at the belly up, ruby park RFTA busses, or really anywhere in town. Andrea could not be a more warm and communicative host. She was easy to get ahold of and willing to do whatever it took to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We will be back!!

Very nice small condo. Everything was of good quality sleeper sofa was very comfortable, the whole unit was very nice for it's size. Good walking location to everything town skiing. The only thing is that it's in the basement level so no natural light, no view and looking out the windows you see the neighbors door and a walkway. I would stay there again great location.

This place was about as nice and convenient as a 500 sq foot place could be. It was very comfortable for 2, would've been equally fine with 3, and probably would've been able to have four with a little less comfort... we'll definitely look to get this same rental spot again :). Hot tub/pool were easy to access and Andrea was very responsive too

Andrea was the perfect host! The condo is small but has everything we needed (a couple for a long weekend). The kitchen is fully stocked for making meals. All about the details with this one-clever decorations, slippers, washer/dryer, plenty of clothes hangers/storage, great pool & hot tub, toiletries and we arrived to a beautiful gift basket with wine and snacks! It is a condo so a little noise as it’s on the bottom floor. A few blocks up hill walk to get back from town. Thanks for the great stay!

Highlight of this property was the lovely full kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast bar. We also enjoyed the boot warmer and a lovely welcome basket. Hosts were easy to communicate with and flat was prettily decorated and designed. Very close to the slopes and ski locker was a nice bonus.

This is a great spot. Andrea was great on all aspects of communication with this property-Andrea was very accommodating with my questions and requests. It is close to the mountain. Beware that it is a decent uphill walk starting at Dean Street. It also can get icy on the roads for walking and driving on the hill. Need to get a parking pass from Andrea (which she can leave at the condo if you let her know beforehand). There is a pool and hot tub on the premises. Ski storage right outside the condo. Condo is 500+ square feet-one bed room and living area. It has a queen (?) bed and a nice big, pull out couch and nice small kitchen and refrig. There is a boot warmer. It is really all you need for a family of 4 (two adults and two able-bodied kids). It has a small washer and dryer. We walked everywhere in Aspen (to dinner and get skis). Walk is a little longer than five minutes with ski boots to walk to ski lifts-but very close and convenient. Need to look up best way. I would not recommend for kids who can't carry skis (because the walk can get tiring). Four Mountain Sports usually has a storage (don't think so during COVID) and will transfer your skis to the other mountains if you leave them there at the end of the day. Buses are great. Rubey Park Transit Center is very close. The buses run every 15 minutes during the day. Very easy to get to the other mountains. Signs for buses are very clear. If going to ski at Snowmass, get off at Snowmass Mall. Aspen Airport is very close. Overall, great experience.

As a bonus, it's located on a beautiful street!The condo is in a modern new building and everything inside the unit is brand new and in perfect/clean condition. The kitchen was the best stocked of any property we have ever stayed in. You will have everything you need to cook meals here!The bedroom and bathroom have clean, new sheets and towels and their were hotel slippers for us to use.Andrea, the homeowner, went above and beyond for us! She left us an incredible welcome amenity (it was also my birthday) and made herself available for any questions we had.We will definitely be staying here again!
