corner room on 9th floor very spacious. Eggs to order breakfast included in room an excellent value. Only complaint: no printer for business computer in lobby. Easy freeway access and rental car return.

Hotel was extremely loud. Kids were running around all night and it sounded like a party all night long. The beds are hard as rocks. The property is old. Pool is miniature. Do not expect nice indoor pool.

This embassy location seems to attract more of family groups and did accommodate them well..pool, made to order breakfast located off the hwy was perfect..

The booking was for 2 bedrooms with a king in one and 2 double beds in the other. One had a king and the other had only one double bed. I specifically book this setup since there are 5 of us so this was super inconvenient. Very unhappy with hotels.com

There were hairs, chewed gums in the room! The breakfast was ok. But the quality of the food was a best effort type. Overall, with the rent and taxes, i should have spend some more time, to review other hotels in the area.

Very pleased with the service provided. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast is always great. Customer service excelled here. I just stayed at the other Embassy Suites Brooks & Spa in November and never did I get asked it we needed anything. Here at this Embassy suites I received text if I needed anything or how my stay was by Caspar daily. Excellent service. Highly recommend this Embassy Suites.

Need to clean the carpet. Hallway and room smelled bad, like a cheap motel. Room need updated furniture. Bed was decent. Bathtub needs to be updated. Water pressure low. A/C was good. Expected more for being a Drury.

We were told upon check-in that they are unable to fulfill our paid reservation because we booked through third party. In addition, room was not cleaned. Food stains on the tables etc. We liked the room size and floor selected. Dining food and drinks selection was very poor. Breakfast was great through. Coffee says it's from Starbucks, but reality it's powdered drink, horrible 😢

We asked for no feather pillows due to my wife’s allergies but when we got to the room there were still feather pillows everywhere. Also, the AC was not working properly in the room but the only solution we got was to turn thermostat down more which did not work.

They're replacing the roof very noisy, my air condition. When not cut off, stayed at 1 temperature, the room got very cold. They bought a portable heater up to our room. The ice machine on the floor was not working. My stay there was not good at all.
