After a long drive we tried to check in so we could rest and refresh before dinner and events later that night but upon arriving around 4:15 we were told the room was not ready. We weren't able to check in until 5:30 which completely ruined any chance of relaxing after the drive or getting ready for dinner and did not start the trip well. In addition, while the hotel is fine overall the guests it attracts make it not very relaxing we had people talking/arguing SUPER loud on their phone right outside our window that woke us up around 1AM, and then were woken up again around 3:30 when the TV next door started blasting and then again around 5:30AM When The Person on the other side was loudly getting sick for like an hour straight...this on top of the bed seeming to be a little busted and not good on the back. The point of the hotel was to have a place to rest and it didn't fulfill that at all.

Lovely room, beautiful grounds. Big pool.

Horrible. Most uncomfortable pillows I’ve ever used. We had to go to the store down the street to get pillows. The bed was rock hard. They didn’t have extra towels. The blankets had stains. There were sketchy people hanging out on the premises with no kind of security. The front desk people were horribly rude. Spend a little more and stay somewhere else.

Basic location with basic travel amenities. We really enjoyed the heated pool

You can barely sleep. The walls are hallow and you can hear everything going on. The bangs are so loud throughout the building.

The room was clean and quiet. We were satisfied with our stay

Good, clean room, comfortable bed. Overall very satisfied.

Terrible. Booked online. Prepaid. Arrived as suggested. Not available. Wait for who knows how long, if ever, it will be to be reimbursed. So paid twice. Which second Motel 6 a few blocks away was about $20 more. Ridiculous. 2 email and 3 call and 2 virtual chats and Still no reply, response, or resolution.

It seem to be clean, though there was no blanket. Also under the bed was a female, dirty underwear that were left from previous customers so most likely the room was not thoroughly cleaned.

NO frills… not even coffee in room. Room was small but clean (which is most important). Fairly quiet area. Short distance to downtown shopping. Was too cold & rainy to check out the pool area. Pretty much just as advertised.

The bed linens were covered in hair, the floor was sticky, the room REEKED of marijuana, the bathroom and shower were dirty.

It was clean. Overall a good stay. Internet slow but enough to work remotely. Excellent service. A small cockroach in the room, probably from the bath drain.

I needed a room for a couple of nights to attend a wedding and the hotel next door. It’s pretty tired, the shower sprayed in every direction, from the wall not the shower head, and the towels were so bad that they shed white fluff all over everything. I didn’t have very high expectations but the CA$600 for two nights was over priced, but then that’s what you get for staying in Palm Springs in March.

If you are looking for a cheap hotel. This is it.
A little bit run-down and smells like cigarettes even though it's a non-smoking room.
Don't expect much out of this place. And don't expect to have all the amenities that a standard hotel will have.
For example: no shampoo/conditioner/lotion/bodywash, no fridge/microwave, and no USB outlet for charging your electronics.
Maybe a little bit of a sketchy hotel? Or sketchy location? Or sketchy occupants? I don't know. Didn't have any incident while staying there. The cars in the parking lot were overall nice and brand new. However... there's a big sign at the door to remind the occupant to lock and bolt the door???
Located at the end of the popular street south of downtown.

Room smelled heavy of smoke. Mattresses are worn. Otherwise clean and simply furnished.

Comfortable, casual, reasonably clean. About what I expect from M6.

Never checked in. Upon arrival, there are 3 police cars and the officers highly suggested finding another hotel room. :(

We stayed for 5 nights. Our room was not cleaned, including no refresh of towels or garbages for the entire stay. There were constantly people loitering outside of our room. There were very noisy people above us. We did not feel safe. I am glad we did not bring it kids.

The room was extremely small, and they couldn’t supply additional blanket or pillows.
No accessible outlets to charge devises (had to move furniture to access). No shampoo or conditioner, no hair dryer, and not enough towels. But clean, and had a great view of the mountains from the second floor. And the price was right.

Hated pulling up to parties going on in the parking lot, but things did quite down after 10:00.
I will say i woke up to a breathtaking view the next morning.

Very dirty. Had to ask for change of sheets and towels.
Staff double charged me for my room and now I have to deal with the extra forex fees and getting the second charge reversed...
Will not stay here again.

My recent stay at Motel 6 was an experience I wish nobody would experience.
It started when I checked in around 10pm, to be given the key to a room that had not been cleaned!
I then was given another room (which the hotel receptionist told me kindly was "free of extra charge") that didn't have the fridge and microwave for which I had paid extra. I agree to sleep in that room with the promise that the first room would be cleaned and ready for me the next day for the rest of my stay. Unfortunately, the next day I had to spend more time at the front desk to explain to them that the room I had paid for was available since last night and just needed to be cleaned and didn't require to have the guests check out.
I finally got the correct room, but only later in the afternoon. The rest of my stay was marred with noisy guests talking loudly outside of the rooms until way past 3am and security doing nothing about the noise.

We checked in about 5:30p.m., there was a very loud Harley Davidson, and classic car show going on. People constantly in and out of the rooms, smoking in front of all the rooms, where Our room was. The cigerette smoke was unbearable, people constantly walking back and forth in front of Our room. Lots of drug activity going on. We felt unsafe with all the activity, as we checked out about 6-6:30p.m. Letting the gentleman at the check in desk know it was too busy for Our comfort. There were 2 sheriiffs vehicles on the side where we exited,, engaging with patrons of motel 6. Furthering why we felt, we made a good decision to leave. Understanding and knowing there are no refunds, under those circumstances we think we deserve at least half a refund. I believe Expedia and hotels.com, are connected as businesses, and we vowed never to use hotels.com again. If that is true, we know that they have a reputation of not throughly, vetting the properties they send their clients to. That has been Our experience, and we will never use them again to book anything. Have used other motel6, locations in California, although the rates are good the properties are usually crowded, with extented stay clients and just constantly give Us a feeling of unsafe surroundings. But not as bad as this property.

My stay wasnt the best. There were dogs barking all night and some people kept knocking on my door saying to open it, freaked me out a bit. I also heard a lady scream, don't know what that was about but i couldn't wait for the night to be over so i could leave.

I asked for towels and there weren't any bath size. TV remote didn't work. Biggest issue was key card kept failing. Had to go to office repeatedly to have the card reset.

We were expecting an inexpensive, no frills room. The room was dirty (black things on the floor), highly aged, and in need of basic upgrades.

Good accommodation. Parking area well illuminated.

In a good location. Easy access to restaurants and markets.

It’s my actual birthday weekend
I asked for smoke free room
All rooms have a deep smoke smell and marijuana smoke coming from nex door, loud arguing adults, sheets dirty. We slept n a throw blanket we carry in the car. Floors at filthy. We didn’t want to shower there
Not one new toilet paper roll.
I wok up on my birthday day with intense allergies.
We began with going back and forth to activate the keys
Won’t return here
EXTREME DISSATISFIED

There was a mix up checking in and they gave my room (deluxe queen) to someone else. When my name didn't come up, it took a bit to sort it out and by then there were no queen deluxe left...I ended up a solo traveler with 2 smaller beds, but still a deluxe room. Otherwise nice staff, clean, nice pool and great price as I only needed a place to sleep with a flight in the am. I could not justify big dollars at competing hotels to check in at 3 and check out at 8 am. I would stay again if the situation were similar. Note this is more a motel than a hotel, as long as you lknow that you will be fine.

The place is not cheap. No refrigerator, no microwave, no coffee maker, noisy and smells cigarret outdoor.
