The condo was very clean and had everything we needed as outlined in the listing. It is in a convenient location near Lake Estes, shopping, and Rocky Mountain National Park. We did find the lights from the businesses behind annoying in the bedrooms, as another reviewer mentioned. Curtains would help. Overall we found it to be a great place to stay!

Plenty of room for family to gather, comfortable bedrooms and as a bonus we had several huge elk walk through the property right below us!

We enjoyed being able to walk down to Lake Estes and the close proximity to everything Estes had to offer.

Wes and I celebrated our 23rd anniversary here for a one week stay. It was absolutely the best trip we have ever taken! We hiked and explored during the day and then we were able to come back to luxury to wind down for the night. The Timber Mountain Retreat was perfect! We sipped coffee on the balcony in the mornings, looking out to the Rockies. One morning 9 elk joined us for breakfast. The kitchen was spacious and great for cooking! The king size bed was deluxe, and the jacuzzi tub was the icing on the cake. Book your next stay here if you want it to be unforgettable!

The kids loved all the game choices! And the adults enjoyed being able to have an option to grill/cook, some of our meals there! Also, we loved that it wasn't too far from downtown Estes & close to the grocery store! Making it quick and easy, to navigate around! The overall feel of the place was comfortable and inviting!

Our second stay with unit 1225 and, once again, very enjoyable! This spacious, modern (but homey) condo that sleeps up to eight adults is worth your checking out! Great view and local access! The property management team will take care of any issue promptly! Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay and all the facilities were very nice. The only problem was that a nearby business has very bright security lights. Visitors are reminded to keep outside lights off but the security lights shine through the thin window shades of the bedroom windows. Need curtains or thicker shades.

Would definitely stay again.
FYI Arrival information is not sent until 15 minutes before you get there.

The house was perfect for us and it was a gorgeous location! We were there for my niece’s wedding and it was convenient.

3 bedroom condo with garage was great for our family vacation. Nice kitchen and good sized dining table. Only complaint is that the bed in the master bedroom is very squishy, lacking any support. So if you have a sensitive back, that bed will make the stay uncomfortable. Hopefully they replace that mattress soon. Otherwise, a great place to stay in a beautiful town.

The house was perfect for our Christmas getaway to the mountains. It was spacious and warm. It had everything we needed and it was wonderful to be just a few minutes away from RMNP. Thank you.

Great price for place & time of the year. It was clean - easy to get in to. The only thing is is the parking isn't the best. Would not be able to fit anything bigger than a f-150. That might even be pushing it.

The location was good. Convenient to the Fall River park entrance. The property was clean and very comfortable. Having access to the garage was fantastic! I would recommend this property for sure!

The instructions for entering the unit were timely and clearly presented. The unit was clean and ready for us upon arrival. The unit was as shown in the pictures and very comfortable. Other than a couple of minor issues, everything worked as it should. We would definitely stay here again!

Convenient location, spacious, clean. The one downfall were the pillows and sheets, which were uncomfortable and worn.

Place was nice. Roomy, very clean! Air conditioning didnt seem to be working and internet was spotty. Otherwise everything at the unit was nice. SkyRun Mgmt was not able to accommodate early or late check in though. Check in isnt until 4pm so late and check out is 10am so early.

We love visiting Estes Park and this home fit 5 of us easily. Very clean, nice beds, well stocked…it had everything we needed except working AC. We visited in hot August and the house never really cooled down. We were thankful for the many fans to use throughout the house, though. The only other thing we were surprised by was that the house backs up to small hotels, and our first night there one had a loud outdoor party with a movie from 4 until after 10pm. It was so loud and bright when we were exhausted. We were thankful the other nights were quiet. Overall, we were thankful this house was available last minute, it’s a great option and we’d consider it again! Thanks!!

This townhouse was fabulous! Clean, spacious, cozy in convenient quiet location. Nice views from deck. Close to Rocky Mountain NP and all that Estes Park has to offer. Lots of space, large garage, nice kitchen and bathrooms. Also very clean! Thanks for a great stay!

This is a great property. It’s very spacious and easily hold our group of 8. It’s very well managed and we got prompt help with an issue with the dish washer. We loved the grill on the balcony. Since it’s mid July and no AC in the unit, It could get a little warm inside, but there are plenty of fans provided to help cool down. Overall we really enjoyed the stay.

The property was just as described. Very easy to get in and we didn't have any problems. It is a short walk to the lake and in an area where the traffic isn't bad. Good location. You could walk to town on the walkway that goes by the lake. Very close to the marina and horseback riding. I highly recommend riding horses at Sombrero Stables. And don't miss riding the mountain coaster which is also very close.
