Wow. Fantastic Hotel, with Amazing Staff. Extremely clean Hotel. Breakfast was fantastic. The Hotel set up our room with all the extra that I asked for. Rose petals, Chocolate strawberry’s, and a chocolate cake, balloons all over the room, champagne on ice. Definitely will stay again and highly recommended.

I visited with my twin sister as we were having a weekend in london to celebrate our 30th birthday. When we checked in we were really kindly upgraded as we mentioned it was our birthday when we made the booking. We were upgraded to a superior room and we were given a complimentary glass of champagne each. The room was beautiful, really modern with lots of lovely little touches. When we returned in the evening we were left a little birthday card with some little sweet treats. We were made to feel so special and we really weren’t expecting it! The hotel was lovely and the staff went above and beyond. I travel a lot for work and stay in a lot of hotels but this stay was really special and memorable!

Super Lage in der Nähe der St. Paul’s Cathedral und sehr gute Anbindung durch Bus und U-Bahn zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Hotel ist sehr schick und das Personal super nett und stets bemüht. Mit Kindern auch zu empfehlen, da man die kleinen Gäste auch extra berücksichtigt. Sogar bei den Bad-Utensilien achtet man liebevoll auf die Kinder.

Im Restaurant im 7.Stock wurde leider morgens laut mit den Stühlen geschoben, was dann im Zimmer laut zu hören war.

We loved the friendly nature and trendy but comfortable feel to it. The bed was also super comfy!

Special Thanks to Dimitri and young man at the check in! we were given a upgraded room with shard view for my birthday/anniversary celebrations, greatly appreciate that. The décor here is fantastic - the whole feel of the hotel is both stylish and modern but with lots of traditional features. We cannot fault any aspect of the hotel, but most importantly would draw attention to the service-everyone, without exception was friendly, helpful, going the extra mile and making sure we had everything we needed without a single moment of being over-attentive. We will be back!

the location is great. we are impressed by the staff of the hotel, especially Eason. Very kind and nice. My wife, me and daughter had good time in hotel. The staff helped us to make extra bed for my kid. I would say thank you so much for all staff of VM hotel!! Worthy the price.

lovely boutique-style hotel, very elegant public areas & bedroom, and fabulous rooftop terrace.

I wasn’t keen on the metal mugs in the bedroom.

Well presented hotel, great location, assume nice facilities but I didn't get chance to use them sadly, the roof top bar was shut when we got there which was a shame.

The rooms are very small. As they tend to be in London.

Excellent front of house. Stefan was excellent; tireless and ready to be if service at any time and did so with a smile. We will be back.Very welcoming. Excellent but pricey breakfast.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff, reasonable price for central London too. Booked the suite which was stunning with a beautiful bathroom and views on the balcony of the shard. Staff can't do enough to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable and even put some sweet treats in our room as a birthday gift from them. The bar is also lovely and has a 1920s feel which I really liked and the cocktails were amazing too. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends

There was an alarm going off in our room which meant we didn't get a great sleep but this was sorted quickly by the staff who couldn't do enough to rectify it and discounted our room and gave us complimentary breakfasts too which was lovely of them to do. The room was smaller than im used too in a suite but I suppose because it is Central london it is to be expected.
