It’s in a great location
The most basic rooms are nearly £600 a night but look like prison cells. I was shocked to see the room and embarrassed when the makeup artist and my friend came to the room for us to get ready. The service is absolutely horrible, check in was almost like they felt they were doing me a favour by me staying there, I asked for an iron and it took 50 minutes to come and I had to ask twice, the staff in general were not particularly helpful and it didn’t feel like a 5* place. The biggest shock was the room
