The attention to detail and level of service truly stood out. Every question I had before my stay was answered quickly, professionally and with genuine care. I was celebrating my 30th birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make it feel special. I mentioned that I wanted a non-smoking room, on a high floor and away from the lift, and I was so impressed to receive exactly what I requested. I was also generously upgraded by two room categories, which made the experience even more memorable. Every member of staff I encountered was helpful, professional and attentive. It’s clear that guest experience is genuinely important to the team, and that attention to detail made such a difference to my stay. Thank you to the entire Pan Pacific London team for making my birthday celebration so exceptional. I would absolutely stay again.

Honestly, I have no faults to mention. Everything from the service to the room and overall experience exceeded my expectations. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Very clean, modern and well appointed. We had dinner at the hotel which was also very good.

Nothing to dislike

It’s was so toddler friendly and staff were so amazing with my son. The location is so convenient with amazing transport links. My son was a little young to fully experience everything they had offer so we’d definitely visit again as they have some cute little touches for kids.
