It's new and modern style. It is also right next to East Aldgate Station. And for such a good location, the price is quite reasonable and the facilites are new and modern.
Some teething problems when we moved in. We didn't know how the A/C worked. A staff member helped us solve it. It turned out they have two short clips on how to operate the A/C. It would be useful to share it with clients in advance. And the TV in the living room didn't work, and it was fixed until the next day.

Staff were the best
Elevators - only 2 and many floors.

Clean and spacious, good value, nice toiletries. Quite good quality bedding and towels.
Bathroom lights! Can’t go to the loo at night without blinding the bedroom!

Location. Staff were nice!
Bathroom looked like a cheap air bnb, no blankets or pillow for kids who sleep in a cot. I get it when you have a baby you bring your own. But not when they are bigger and you’re doing a weekend break.
Bed was also small.
