Comfortable beds. Well equipped rooms with small fridge. Good location. Good food available all day. Very friendly helpful staff.
Poor phone signal Close to a main road meaning we couldn’t open the window at night.

The George Inn is ideally suited for the different areas we wished to visit. The rooms were extremely comfortable & we were grateful for the fridge in the room. The staff appeared to be very friendly & helpful.
Unfortunately there was a “wake” being held when we arrived as well as a Porsche gathering - hence the staff were very busy as guests have to check in at the bar ( there is no separate reception desk.)
The service for our evening meal was poor, along with the quality of food, so we had breakfast elsewhere in the mornings. I feel sorry for the staff who are working hard to keep guests content.
