Location is great, free electric/Tesla charging nearby, parking is easy to find especially on a holiday weekend

- Basic amenities - The carpet and bathroom look like they’re at least 20 years old, making it really gross to walk around. Please update them - The only window in our unit overlooks the walking path, so we had to keep the blinds down at all times for privacy. This made it really difficult to wake up in the morning - The wifi is at a whopping speed of 13 mbps, which is ridiculous - The service here is low tier. They call themselves a resort but have awful service. There’s no welcome message or anything, we hadn’t spoken to a single staff member in person. No one was making sure we were comfortable with our stay. When we asked for extra blankets, they didn’t have any. The one little blanket we got was more of a thin quilt, and smelled like it wasn’t washed so we didn’t use it. That, and it kept falling off the bed cause it’s a little slippery. Because of this, I didn’t have a single good night’s sleep - The AC is incredibly loud making it difficult to fall asleep - All the towels have threads coming out of it and just look like they’re falling apart. PLEASE GET NEW ONES!! - There’s little spiders and flies and bugs and spider webs EVERYWHERE. What is the $65 cleaning fee for??? Please explain - They have the same ridiculous Airbnb checkout instructions (given to us after reservation) like throwing bed linens in the wash and running the dishwasher. Why am I paying such a steep price, and a cleaning fee, if I have to clean the room myself? Will you make me vacuum and wash the bathroom too??? Get rid of this in your agreement because this is a typical bait and switch

I had no breakfast

There was a sound coming from the heat /air conditioning unit every now and then! It kind of kept me awake at first wondering what that noise was.
