The location was excellent. Rooms were clean and convenient.

The kitchen sink was very smelly, we bought a bottle of bleach and tried to clean it as best we could. Reception were not interested.

The beds were small (expected) and they only provided 2 thin pillows and one towel per room.

I liked the ease of check in and access control. It was close to where I wanted to be and the bed was comfortable.

I found a dirty towel in one of the closets and the desk was all full of something sticky. It was very hard to sleep with all the banging of doors.

not conducive for families. reception was not very committed to seeing to our needs. I complained about the kitchen curtains not being up and they just did not bothers. I eventually fixed it myself. I underhand that it is student accommodation but when you open it up to families and act as a hotel you should make every effort to make your place look and feel like a hotel. parking is a nightmare as they have no parking and very expensive.

View over fields nice. Deadend street so quiet. Handy location. Good space for luggage.

Kitchen needed more equipment.
