Lawrence was very helpful upon arrival. He adjusted his time to meet us upon our arrival. The location is very close to the museums, and is a straight walk up to Plaza Mayor and Plaza Sta. Ana. There are a number of excellent restaurants next door, and Starbucks was just around the corner. Overall, the location is great. A week before, we had booked an apartment near Mercado San Miguel. Each location has a different vibe, so it depends what you are looking for.

The place could have been cleaner; it seemed like it had not been vacuumed in days. There was a musty smell in the building. Otherwise, it's a comfortable space and location.

Location is good. Close to train station is a plus. Food choices are aplenty. The italian restuarant Oven Mozzarella Bar that just a stone throw away serves superb dishes which make you just keep going!

The doors are too old and produce a screeching sound evertime it is closed or opened. Time to change. The handing-over procedure is a bit to much to bear especially guests are tired when they just arrived and still have to listen to so many instructions of operating and taking care of the apartment.

The beds were comfortable. The place was clean and excellent location.

Lorenzo checked us in. We had requested to drop off our baggages early and the owner said that it would not be an issue. When we checked in at 1 pm, Lozenso complained endlessly that he had to clean up early due to our early check in. He also talked to us in a very condensating tone as if we were kids who needed instructions on how to keep the place clean. Mind you that we are 3 couples in our early sixties. Also there were some renovations going on in the building. The workers started 8 am in the morning and was very noisy.
