With an unbeatable location just a short walk away from main street, Peak 9 ski area and downtown Breck, you and your guests will be thrilled with the convenience of being so close to all there is to offer in town. Great for close-knit groups and families, this 2BD basement level condo boasts a beautiful kitchen area, living room space. After a day of adventuring, this is the place you want to be! The Space: This 2 BD/1BA condo is perfect for groups or families looking to relax nearby downtown Breck. This basement level condo is spacious and gets plenty of light. Washer/dryer in unit. Recently updated bathroom that includes a shower. Elevator for accessibility. Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C. Breckenridge STR License Number: 452300001 Guest Access: Guest have access to the entire 2 bedroom condominium. Interaction with Guests: We are in town and available during your stay! The Neighborhood: Known as Columbine Circle, the neighborhood is Breck's ideal location. Walking distance to Main Street and Peak 9 ski lift. Bus stop towards the end of the parking lot. Getting Around: Located at the south end of Main Street so the entire town of Breckenridge is accessible by foot. Check out the “Breckenridge Free Ride,” a free bus with routes to the gondola and throughout downtown. Uber is available in town as well. Other Things to Note: Elevator for accessibility. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Interaction with Guests: We are offsite but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform for the quickest response. House Rules: • Not suitable for children and infants • No smoking • Pets are not allowed • No parties or events • Check-in is anytime after 4PM • 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival. • Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing. • The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection. • Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was great. However, the heating system needs improvement. The thermostat was set at 65 and the heat registered 77. We shut off the heat completely and it then registered 68.

We were very surprised to find the apartment was located in the basement. Also very disappointing that the hot tub was closed due to Covid. Location was perfect for spending time in town.

The location of the VRBO is easily accessible to main street and peak 9 and it looked clean when we checked in, but I'd have to say the cleanliness of the bathroom could be better. The lighting was terrible in the outside bathroom sink area, and the shower curtains need to be updated, it had some mold smell lingering. After booking and paying VRBO, there is an additional random $25 nonrefundable fee that I thought was a bit much to ask. It's for damages less than $500, but the fact that you don't get your money back if you have ZERO damages is ridiculous. My ask is to take that $25 and update the bathroom (curtains, more light bulb) for future guests. Also, the description is as posted, you do hear the folks upstairs walking at certain hours, mostly in the morning. But for the purpose of a skiing trip where you're not at the house much, I would recommend this for easy access to nightlife and the mountains.

Location: Good. It is within easy walking distance of the lifts and Main Street. However, just know that the unit is underground. The windows look into light wells. This was not noted in the unit description when we booked nor was it reflected in the price. Decor: Adequate. New carpeting in the bedrooms was great. Furniture and dining area was well used. Cleanliness: The floors and furniture was clean. Dishes, pots, and utensils still had food and grease on them so we had to re-clean everything.
