We love the unit and its location. This is our second year. The bedside reading lights in the master bedroom were not operable. A big deal for those who like to read in bed. Also, one of the double hung windows in the master bedroom did not work.

This unit was just as nice as the photos. We enjoyed the property and the location was right on the south end of the main streets but still very walkable. This made for a relatively quiet stay and allowed us to open the windows in the evening.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Raptor condo! The condo was beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos.
It was also ideally located within walking distance to the Breckenridge main street shopping. Our grandchildren loved the board games, Netflix, and having an oven so we could bake chocolate chip cookies at the end of the day. We highly recommend this property! The property management group were terrific!

Property was close to Breckinridge Main Street area. It’s just a short walk to the restaurants and shops. It was easy to find and very comfortable for 4 people. It has a nice setup for people to have privacy if needed and a full kitchen for making meals, coffee, etc.

We had an awesome time!! We loved the way the place was decorated and it was so nice! The only thing we didn't realize was that it was right next to the main road but the view & location was worth it and it didn't keep us up at night or anything. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great home base for visiting Breck. Quick and easy walk to all shops and restaurants. Every amenity available. You can hear the noise from the road and upstairs neighbors; if that bothers you, this may not be your space.
Check in was simple and we always had communication available with the property management company. Highly recommend!

Great location on north end of Main St. Easy walk to shops & dining. Nice ground floor unit that had everything we needed. Garage was an added bonus. Box fans located in the closets were needed to move some air through the unit. I would stay here again when returning to Breck.

Our condo was perfectly situated on the edge of downtown with easy access to everyone Breck has to offer. We were able to enjoy our patio with Mountain View’s in and morning and take a dip in the hot tubs in the evenings. This particular condo was everything we hoped for and more. Two beds rooms both with attached bathrooms for the two couples who stayed during our visit. Our kitchen was stocked with every gadget needed and USB outlets were provided in every room. We were extremely pleased with our stay and can’t wait to come visit again. When we checked into our condo, our keys did not work. Not being from the area, we had a tough time trying to find the main office to reset the keys. An employee got in her car and drove to our place to help us get settled into the condo. Personal touches like that are things we truly remember from booking with this company!

My friend and I rented the condo to visit out daughters who are working at the resort, and have a ski vacation. condo was clean, right on main st, short walk to downtown, i did't find it noisy at all. We never made it to the pool or hot tubs across the street, and drove very little, took bus, bus stop right in front of complex

Property management co., Summit Mountain Rentals, were great to deal with. They even let us know that the unit was ready early and let us check in ahead of the official check-in time. The unit was in great condition, very well appointed, and clean. The location made access to Peak 9 easy even though the property is not ski-in/out - a short walk is a nice way to start and end the day. The only thing I would be wary of is traffic noise because the unit is ground level and backs up to the main drag through town. However, the view above the road is fantastic.

This was such a cute little condo. Great location and cozy feel. We loved being able to walk to Main St. My only thoughts on what could be improved upon, better bed pillows! The current ones are like big flat rocks! And we wished the living room had recliners or at least some ottomans to put your feet up. Overall we had a great stay!

It was great. Everything work correctly and on time during the entire stay, including check in and out.
The location is great, close enough to the town and lifts to walk everywhere unless it is way too cold or feeling extremely tired.
