The woman cleaned constantly. Very clean. The location was also great.
No kitchen, no microwave, no coffee machine. Basic facilities.

Big rooms, easy access, good location.
The cleanliness is questionable. There was a lot of noise from the other rooms. You can listen to, literally, everything. The toilet and the shower made very annoying sounds.

Beds were comfortable. Air-conditioning worked well. Good value for money. I liked the code access system as it meant one less thing to worry about losing.
Once you don't have high expectations, it's acceptable accommodation for a short stay. We were out and about in the city most of the time so it was just somewhere to lay our heads and in that respect, it was fine.
Bathrooms could have been cleaner
Toilet roll was rarely replenished (most people seemed to rob/stash some in their rooms)
Only a shared fridge, no fridges in rooms
2 of the 4 bathrooms seemed to be closed for a few days, not sure why, putting pressure on the remaining 2.
