Enjoyable and relaxing weekend

Shawn and the staff at reception were extremely courteous. So was Rohan at Mare Mare. The sandy beach is amazing. And in general the food was good

A 5 star hotel with a 3 star attention to details and customer service

The Hotel is new, exceptionally clean with a lot of safety measures specially during the pandemic ( door with sensors, masks and gels available everywhere, social distancing,....) The F&B options are the great highlight of our stay.

If you are looking for a high level of customer service, and a quiet hotel to reax, this is not the best place! Our stay was a nightmare and I'm usually an easy going customer! The room allocation was extremely poor, and the way it was handled was even worst. We were given a room on top of their sport bar. It was the final champion's league game (Yaay!) during our stay which made our night horrible since we could hear absolutely everything! This incident happened during a weekday and I came to know from the staff that the hotel was running at an extreme low occupancy, I would have expected from a brand like Jumeirah to inform us earlier during the day and give us the option to change our room to a quieter side to avoid the sport bar inconvenience. We had to pack and change our room at midnight which created a disturbance that could have been avoided if the staff was more consumer-centric. A second comments about customers being super loud at the adult pool area, kids pool in this instance was quieter. I understand this is not the hotel's fault, but the management can make sure people respect the rules ( no loud speaker for example is a basic one!)

Très bel endroit

Superbe endroit très propre très accueillant les restaurant son au top nous avons passé un très bon moment c'était trop court .....

Juste un bémol la veille de notre départ le petit déjeuner était à emporter.....oubli.......puis nous avions demandé d'appeler pour nous réveiller à 6h00....oubli....bref ce sont les deux choses négatives de notre séjour

честно говоря я давно так расслаблено не отдыхал. все начиная от приветствия до прощания с нами по выезду - на высшем уровне! шикарный пляж, обслуживание, еда! большое спасибо менеджменту. мне нужно было оказать содействие для организации дня рождения жены в отеле- все решили в самые короткие сроки! Прекоасный отель. рекомендую и благодарю!

Was ok if spent at the pool or beach. But very pricey for what it is.

For the first time it was good my kids had fun most importantly. But some finetunes were required.

The location and beach experience

The non flexibility of the hotel staff. I begged for a late checkout on Sunday. But i took it eventually. We asked to upgrade the room with view and pay the extra fees, no one got back to us. I booked via booking.com the room was the back side of the hotel facing nothing.

a perfect property to be pampered, relaxed and happy!

it’s one of the most luxurious property within the uae. the hospitality was great, the staff upgraded our room as I was celebrating my nephews birthday. the room view and interiors are gorgeous

Mr Tarek and his beach staff were great, the beach was lovely. The baristas at the breakfast buffet were also great. The hotel is extremely clean and presentable.

Staff was dismissive, especially front of house at check in. We were turned away at TEAN at 5:30pm for not having a reservation, the restaurant was completely empty and we explained we just needed a quick bite as we were with our 1yr old son, and had no intention on dining for 2hours, absolutely unacceptable, especially as we watched the restaurant remain empty for the next hour. We booked a room with a "garden view" and got a construction site instead. The staff at the breakfast could not really handle the crowd, and service took a really long time. For the price we paid, I would much rather have stayed at our usual St Regis, I thought Jumeirah would be a great alternative, but in the end we did not feel the service matched the price we paid.

The real failure of the hotel is staff- reseption and restaurant- absolutely unexpected. We asked king bed- also I have called hotel, bust we changed room twice as they was not able to managed a king bed- which is the first essence of hospitality ask which bed guest need and follow. Breakfast we missed and restaurant staff which we’re recommended was a nightmare

1. The sea is very beautiful and clean; 2. The gym is very nice;

1. A lot of people for that area - beach, breakfast (had to queue for 10 minutes); 2. Restaurants are mid quality, had a stomach ache after the Lebanese; 3. Pools are small and only for kids; 4. Interiors need refreshment - the floor in the roof top bar is in a poor condition;
