The gym was clean and quiet The pool was cold and very relaxing in the heat The room was luxurious and the bed was very comfy

The room was spacious and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. This was a Plus point.

Service is Pathetic. And to add to that when I put a google review, it did not get published as I guess the reviews are filtered by them. This way, they will never improve. The staff at reception lied to us. Staff at concierge was inattentive. Only Valet team is excellent and courteous. The hostess at Terra mer was not very hospitable and seemed to have had a bad morning. Not a face that you would like to see at break fast. Tovi at breakfast was excellent, so as Chef Akhil. The key card holder in room was broken. Reservations replied to my request for room on higher floor saying, it will be depending on availability. At check in he said rooms above 10th floor are not selling due to situations. But we found out that guests are there even on 15th floor, meaning he lied to us. We waited for concierge to attend to us and even after Ravi promised us that he will have them call me, none called. We asked for drinking water, no one came to serve. Breakfast is average as only breads and fruits were good, rest all were cold and not great at all. Pool was excellent. Room is excellent but he gave us room 615 with a view that takes you to some maintenance / project work on ground floor level which for Rixos type profile is a put off. But if you look at the sea, its beautiful. Amenities in room was OK. Staff needs to be trained more to be caring, friendly, helpful, courteous. Their Training department seemed to be dysfunctional. People needs to be taught to be humble, non discriminative and service oriented.
