Bab Al Nojoum Hudayriyat Villas

I really enjoyed my stay at the property. It was comfortable and well maintained. The location was convenient, and the majority of the things were as expected. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would happily stay here again.

The buffet food options were a bit limited and could have offered more variety. There were also limited seats available. Additionally, there were some delays in answering phone calls, which could be improved for a smoother guest experience.

Beautiful spot! Lovely villas with their own pool on the ocean. Service was fantastic from Moses, Hassan, James, Arnold and Adriana and the whole team. Food was simply outstanding.

The restaurant staff were incredibly welcoming throughout our stay. Florence, along with the rest of the team, went above and beyond to provide exceptional service.

I booked a villa with a private swimming pool and even messaged the hotel beforehand to confirm that it was a proper swimming pool and not one of the tiny plunge pools. They confirmed it was a full-sized pool. On arrival, the receptionist offered us a complimentary upgrade, which we happily accepted. However, when we reached the villa, we discovered it only had a tiny pool that was barely big enough to dip your feet in. I honestly don't understand how these are marketed as villas with a swimming pool. It felt like a downgrade rather than an upgrade. We immediately contacted reception and explained that we wanted the villa we had originally booked. We were then told that all of those villas were occupied and were offered a complimentary floating breakfast instead, which we declined because that wasn't the issue. The manager even suggested that we leave and come back another day. After driving two hours for our anniversary, that was incredibly disappointing to hear. Eventually, after saying he would see what he could do, a two-bedroom villa with a proper swimming pool "magically" became available at around 8pm. We accepted it and finally managed to enjoy our stay the following morning. The manager also told us we could have a late check-out, but we were contacted at around 12pm and told we needed to leave. In reality, the "late check-out" amounted to just one extra hour, which was very disappointing given everything that had happened. The only real highlight of our stay was the restaurant staff. Unfortunately, our experience with the rest of the hotel staff was the complete opposite. This was my first genuinely disappointing hotel stay in the UAE, and sadly it's not somewhere I would choose to stay again.
