It was beyond expectation from the moment we arrived the staff welcoming their smiles and the villa was so elegant clean spacious and comfy and the service was very fast for all our needs

What an incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely exceptional, attentive, warm, and so helpful throughout our entire trip. The property itself was wonderful, beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean everywhere we went. Our water villa view was simply amazing, waking up to that scenery every morning was something else.
A special mention has to go to the team for the birthday surprise they set up in our room, they went so far above and beyond, it really made the celebration unforgettable. You could tell how much care and effort went into it. We cannot wait to return, this is easily one of the best hotel experiences we've had. Also special mention to some of the buggy drivers and valet staff they were just exceptional
