Location and look it’s very authentic
I saw staff members arguing at the lift in front of guests two men and a woman - was very unprofessional and it got heated with them shouting at each other

I’ve been traveling extensively for the past 20 years, and as an experienced world traveler, I can confidently say that Bab Al Qasr is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at by far. I’m usually someone who always looks for something that could be improved, but after two nights here, I genuinely struggled to find anything to complain about.
Everything was exceptional. The room was huge, immaculate and extremely comfortable, with a beautiful view overlooking the Presidential Palace and Emirates Palace. Even the small details were impressive — the bathroom was spotless, the shower and water pressure were excellent, and everything in the room felt very well maintained.
The food was amazing, and the breakfast selection was outstanding, with a huge variety and excellent quality. Service throughout the hotel was equally impressive.
A special mention must go to Heythem at the front desk, who welcomed us with a genuine smile and kindly upgraded our room. That first interaction immediately set the tone for the entire stay.
The location is also excellent and very convenient. Overall, the hotel combines great hospitality, comfort, cleanliness, excellent food and service in a way that is increasingly difficult to find. We will definitely be coming back.
Honestly, nothing. I normally always have at least one suggestion or area for improvement after a hotel stay, but this time I couldn’t find one. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Its location and their breakfast spread
Guest service was disappointing. We had to call at least 2-3 times for housekeeping to deliver fresh towels. Additionally, the washroom had fixed shower gel, conditioner, and shampoo dispensers on the wall, but they had not been refilled before our check-in. We had to remind housekeeping twice before these were finally provided.
