Lots of necessary things were missing in the room like - Hairdryer, Iron etcc

The hotel itself was amazing! Every corner was picture worthy and the rooms were lovely. The kids loved that there was a mini water park.
The service could have been better. We were not given a tour of the hotel and were expected to just know where everything was. Didn’t feel welcomed and when needed assistance, it took a very long time for a response or someone to arrive.

Very clean
You have to pay for the child club, that doesn’t make sense at all. Also it was scarce in terms of staff. Room service took forever
