It has been really memorable stay with my family at the hotel. Everything was absolutely fantastic and I would love to send my huge special thanks to Keanu from reception for his outstanding support. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the InterContinental Abu Dhabi, and I can confidently say that it was one of the best hotel experiences I have had in the UAE.
From the moment I arrived, the level of professionalism, hospitality, and attention to detail was evident throughout the property. The rooms were immaculate, the facilities were excellent, and every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
I would especially like to recognize Mr. Raouf Yakoubi, whose commitment to guest satisfaction are clearly reflected in every aspect of the hotel. It is rare to find a manager who is so dedicated to maintaining the highest standards while fostering such a welcoming atmosphere. His professionalism, accessibility, and genuine care during our stay made a remarkable difference.
Thanks to Mr. Raouf and his exceptional team, the InterContinental Abu Dhabi delivers a truly five-star experience. I highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers seeking comfort, quality service, and genuine hospitality.
