About this house rental
Enjoy the San Diego beach life while staying at this charming beach house. Centrally located in Crown Point it is a short walk to both Crown Point Shores on one side and Sail Bay on the other. Other attractions including Sea World, San Diego Zoo, and Old Town are just minutes away. This home is fully furnished and will sleep a larger family very comfortably. Owner was amazing! Our original booking didnt respond and left us without a place to stay. Kevin replied right away and saved the vacation!

Wonderful host and many thoughtful extras. Kitchen tools, dishes and even spices more than expected. Location provides easy access to walking paths and shore with grocery stores nearby.

Host was easy to communicate with. Great location. Be aware there is no A/C. It’s humid here. Some windows don’t open, with scotch tape over a tear on a screen. Back screen door screen hanging there but not attached. Odd layout. Jack and Jill bathroom is a sink and toilet with three access doors. Shower is in laundry room with two other doors. Second bathroom has rust on the window.Casita is in a small structure out back. Low ceiling and very musty smelling. No, I would not stay here again.
