About this house rental
Listing is for the front part of this charming older brick home that has two bedrooms (Queen and Full Size Beds), and also has a sofa bed and an additional Couch. Could feasibly hold 6-7 people. Home has new central AC.
There is a fully fenced in front patio for friendly Dogs. The patio has a small metal table set, small grill, and chiminea. There may be some wood available to use but not provided.
This house has Full Kitchen, which is amply supplied by a previous tenant leaving spices, pans, rice and other dry goods. We supply it with some coffee, teas, creamer and sugars for each guest. There is a full size refrigerator, air fryer, toaster, crockpot, full size stove and oven, coffee maker and lots of other cooking and baking items that you may need.
The bathroom has been remodeled with a new walk in tiled shower. Large vanity has some supplies under neath such as emergency kit, lotions, extra toiletries.
The dining area has a high top table with 4 chairs right next to the full size Living Room.
There is covered parking space under carport and the driveway is long enough for an additional car if needed.
The home is located in a quiet established working class 1950's neighborhood with older homes near the Rillito River walk, River Park, and plenty of amenities within 1/2 mi. Property nearby Grant Rd, Alvernon Way, River and Swan Rd. Bus stop within min.
Friendly pets are welcome, cats must be approved prior to booking.
Smoke Free home. No Parties allowed.
There is a Washer and Dryer in the breezeway of the carport for long term visitors. There are also some cleaning supplies in the laundry room and a vacuum, broom and mop if needed.
Mountain and desert activities for hiking, skiing, shopping etc.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- Shared wall may remit some muffled TV noise, please be considerate of other quests regarding noise. Master suite has been converted to separate rental and shares one and half walls.
- smoking allowed only outside the house, please clean up debris.
- Laundry hours are 8am to 8 pm, for the consideration of noise for quests. Please put cleaning supplies and Vacuum back in the Laundry room, if used.
- Please note there is a security camera in the carport area for everyones security.

Clothes was left in the laundry room is the only thing I have to say. They were in the way of doing laundry.

Our dogs were welcomed, o ly requested that if on furniture to cover so fur wasnt on it. We brought one and used it! Patio was safely enclosed, comfortable and relaxing. Information book for pet friendly trails helpful as well. Very clean place, Robin was responsive to our call and helpful. Provided excellent precheck in info and check out.

It really was a fabulous location to do a biking adventure. Very conveniently located to the trails. My dog was very comfortable during the day while I was out riding and I’m grateful that this owner allows pets.

We liked the location being close to a variety of our chosen activities. Beds were quite comfortable and the heating/cooling system worked well with the range of temperatures we had during the time we were there. Also, really appreciated the responsiveness of the hosts.
