The living room is a comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring and includes a large TV and a sofa that converts into a king-size sleeping space. Wind down and flip through one of the Arizona-themed books while enjoying views of the desert, the Catalinas glowing purple at sunset or the city lights at night.

The private bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, its own large TV, a ceiling fan, and individual climate control. A sound machine, phone chargers, and an earthing mat add thoughtful touches. Combined with the king-size sleeper sofa in the living room, the casita comfortably accommodates up to four guests with two king-size sleeping spaces. A private, full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the casita.

The full kitchen makes both short and extended stays easy. You'll have a full-size refrigerator and freezer, range and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Pampered Chef cookware, dishes and dining space—everything you need for morning coffee, a quick meal or dinner at home.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, a heated towel rack and a smart, hands-free toilet. The toilet lid automatically opens as you approach and closes when you leave. A foot sensor lets you open or close the seat and lid or activate flushing with a simple foot tap.

Outside, you'll have your own private entrance and driveway, giving you the freedom to come and go while enjoying your own space. The surrounding Sonoran Desert scenery, mountain views and gorgeous Arizona sunsets provide the Tucson experience right outside your door.

Located in the desirable Catalina Foothills, the casita offers a peaceful residential setting while remaining convenient to Tucson Medical Center (TMC), shopping, dining, outdoor recreation and many of Tucson's most popular attractions.

Thoughtful extras: The casita is stocked with lots of little touches to make your stay easier, including a Keurig/drip coffee maker with a variety of coffees and teas, kitchen essentials, 100% cotton bedding, extra pillows and blankets, fresh towels, a heated towel rack, and a selection of personal-care items. You’ll also find shampoo, conditioner, body wash, moisturizer, dry shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, a blow dryer, curling iron and other commonly forgotten essentials. Complimentary snacks and a few cold drinks are provided to welcome you, too!

We also keep a small selection of convenience items available to borrow during your stay, including sunglasses, reading glasses, blue-light-blocking glasses, hats/visors and Bluetooth headsets. For your pet, we provide a 38-by-30-inch KONG dog bed, stainless steel dog bowls, dog toys and a Natural Nubz or comparable welcome treat! Dogs must be leashed at all times due to desert wildlife.
