We loved the location and the furniture was comfortable. Theresa in the office was so friendly and willing to do anything to make your stay great.

Our recent stay at St. Pete Beach should have been outstanding but our accomodations let us down...only a block from the beach, the unit had everything we needed (at a high level) but under scrutiny we found a lack of focus on cleanliness, necessary supplies, and normal access to communication. Specifically, the unit had not been deep cleaned to a satisfactory standard much less a Covid standard. The sink, tub, and shower curtain were disgusting; the sofa covers were similar to pillow cases and throw pillows were out dated. Necessary supplies like toilet paper were not available. And finally, cable tv and wifi were unavailable throughout our stay...the latter issue resulted in our spending upwards of two hours on the phone with the local cable company for resolution which ultimately required an on-site visit after our stay ended.
In essence, the unit we stayed in could have been icing on the cake given it's location to the beautiful Gulf coast but it instead was a distraction.
