Everything about the property was as advertised. For the Location to the beach, the price compared to other properties was very affordable. I forget her name, but the property manager was extremely nice. She made sure we knew if there was anything we needed for our stay she would take care of it. The nice thing is John’s Pass and so many other local beaches are a stones throw away. I would definitely stay again. Dennis Pardon.

Old pipes, rusty exterior of fridge, basic everything but clean. Loved the title floors instead of carpet, comfotable bed, AC didn't have a bad odor. Lots of towels provided.
Needs some updates and replace the trash can. This gave an impression that it wasn't clean.
