Location of the accomodation is good, near the Roma Termini station. Near the accomodation, there is many caffees and restaurants. Also little shops and a grocery store. The room was clean and comfortable. The free coffee was extra bonus

Even though rather dated, it was clean and comfortable for a one night stay.
Responses to messages through Booking.com were non-existent, even though we informed that our arrival would be delayed due to weather conditions and flight re-routing. We also had not been informed that there was not any on-site assistance or how to communicate without an active phone service.
