I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The location was definitely a highlight—being so close to the metro station made getting around incredibly convenient. Another big plus was the 24-hour reception; there was always someone there to help, and the staff member on duty was consistently smiling and welcoming, which made the stay feel even nicer.
The room itself was comfortable, though the bathroom was noticeably old. It was fully functional, but I expected it to be a bit different and more updated. Still, despite its age, everything worked fine.
All in all, I enjoyed my stay. With its great location and friendly, always-available reception, it offered solid value.
The bathroom was very old and a bit uncomfortable because of its tiny, petite size, though it was still functional. The hot water worked perfectly and there were towels and plenty of reusable shampoo, but overall the outdated setup made it less pleasant than expected.

The best thing about this Hotel is the location, it is 10 minute walk from from Roma Termini Station where you can catch trains, underground or buses.
The room was clean and the air conditioning was working ok providing a much needed cool place to sleep and rest.
Poor facilities.
The bathroom was small, the shower was missing the doors, replaced by a short shower curtain that did not prevent flooding the bathroom floor.
The shower support on the wall was rusty, and difficult if not impossible to adjust. This together with the short shower curtain transformed taking a shower into a logistics nightmare.
Also the was only one electric outlet in the room. This electric outlet was at the end of an extension that was cracked and needed to be constantly adjusted to make sure there was contact.
