Located in Sanibel Island, this attractive house for $300 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. South Seas Beach Villa 2313 is a very nicely renovated and luxury vacation rental condominium located at the South Seas Island Resort Beach Villas Complex. Our spacious one bedroom/one bathroom condominium features a very comfortable king sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized sleeper sofa. There is a full kitchen, living area with large flat panel TV and a private screened lanai to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail. The direct beachfront view looks out to the Gulf of Mexico and pool area. While you don't get access to the resort amenities, you still have access to the association pools, tennis (fee), bbq grills and the beach. We include beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels. There are many restaurants just outside the gates of the resort that are wonderful options and shops just outside the resort as well. "Access to amenities may be limited at the time of your stay" **Please note that due to Hurricane Ian, certain building amenities such as the elevator, pool heater and more may not be functioning properly. There will also be noise associated with reconstruction. Perfect place for Captiva Homeowners, vendors, etc.** **Elevator is out of service**

Stayed with my teenage daughter. We really enjoyed the condo. It had everything we needed and was very clean. I normally feel weird getting comfy in a vrbo, but it was so clean that it felt like home. The towels were very nice and the laundry is right under the unit, which was super convenient. The only suggestion would be to update the bedding. It has seen better days and the pillows were very lumpy. But other than that, it was wonderful. Proximity to the beach and pool was perfect. There was construction going on at the property, but it really didn’t affect us. It was to be expected. Will definitely book again.

Clean and comfortable condo that is close to everything. Coffee on the balcony in the early morning watching the wildlife and seeing the sunset at night. Loved being able to rent a golf cart at YOLO and have that ease all weekend to get around. Wonderful trip. Thank you.

We stayed here for a staycation. The condo is very clean and well appointed. We have no complaints. It was the perfect size for my husband, me, and our daughter. It is in a great location on the south end of South Seas Plantation. Shopping and restaurants are very walkable. While you do not have access the South Seas amenities, we never missed them. There were two nice pools available and the beach was beautiful. They even provide some beach chairs in the condo. Great sunset views!

the room was nice. the building is not really on the beach considering the long walk from the unit to the actual sand. you have to go through the dunes and tall grass which is loaded with critters. coming back from the beach between 7 pm and 8 pm after watching the sunset the gnats will bite the heck out of you i counted over 30 gnats bites on my wife and the shower is located rite by the dunes. do not shower there at these hours if you do not want to itch the rest of your vacation.

The property is lovely and well appointed. The listing is accurate with no surprises. The only negative is one of the beach chairs was broken upon arrival, so we went ahead and rented beach chairs through an off-site rental company for our time there. I reported the broken chair, received a very quick response with an apology, but no replacement during our stay. I hope there was a replacement before the next guests because not being able to access the resort chairs is a negative. Overall, this is a great property.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this South Seas condo for a short 2 nights and loved our stay. The location is perfect, we particularly liked watching the Ospreys from the balcony, the beautiful view of the ocean for sunsets, and the quick walk to the beach! The condo was very comfortable and there are plenty of restaurants/bars/markets within walking distance. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

The Kitchen, furniture, bathroom, several shades of greeen plus the wainscoting added to the "Home" feel of the condo, NOT another "beach" codo with wicker. Definately more "upscale", as promised. .Dream Vacations was very good to work with and fixed a battery for the door entry within hours! We would definately stay again!

Nicely decorated place and good location and beautiful sunsets. There is a problem with the refrigerator having an electric burning smell, however, and outlets where plugs won't stay plugged in, and ants in the bathroom. Otherwise, it was good.

The location of the property was wonderful and the condo was very nice. We enjoyed the screen porch so much. A couple of things need help in the condo: the ice dispenser needs to be unclogged, the king bed needs a king blanket, and the mattress needs to be replaced. Those things did not keep us from having a very comfortable stay. Just thought you would like that feedback.

We had a fantastic time at this condo! It’s just a short walk to the beach, has beautiful views of the balcony of the Gulf of Mexico. The sunsets were spectacular, and we even have the experience of feeling perfectly safe even though some pretty nasty weather brewed up one of the days we were there. We would definitely rent here again!

Wonderfully clean and well appointed beachside villa in fabulous location, walking distance to some great restaurants. Very comfortable king sized bedroom that is completely dark at night for sleeping. Highly recommended and would stay again.

This was a wonderful location and stay. The condo decor is nicely done and it was a comfortable, restful stay. The condo was so clean and pristine. We were afraid to touch anything. It felt like home and everything that you would need on vacation was thought of and in the condo. The super close proximity of the beach was also appreciated. The sunsets were amazing. The resort is simply beautiful as well and we enjoyed the Doc Fords restaurant which is within walking distance. We hope to return in the future since we are Floridians and live just a few hours away. Thank you for a wonderful vacation stay.
