As other people have said, the listing photos of villa Cuadra do not do it justice! The villa is modern, very clean and spacious. The furniture, TV etc has all been updated and it is really lovely. There were bottles of water and wine and fresh lemons from the trees outside when we arrived which was very much appreciated. The area is quiet, all you can hear is birdsong and the views of the Tramuntana are beautiful. It is only a 10 -15 minute walk to the beach at Pollença with great restaurants. We had a wonderful time here and would happily return.

We enjoyed aur stay at villa cuadra very mutch. Everthing was very clean. We didnt miss anything. David and his father were very nice and helpful. The sea and the nice town puerto pollensa is 5 minutes away by car. The neighborhood is quite and save.

Brilliant villa. Great location and fantastic oitlook on to the mountains. Quiet area but just a short walk into town. Hosts were brilliant. Great communication and the villa was spotless when we got there. Probably the best place we have stayed at in the Pollenca area.

Senior David was a perfect host. The communication was easy and with very quick response time. All our questions were answered and he gave us some very good recommendation for restaurants and activities near by the house.
The house itself is very nice. Everthing was like described. We enjoyed the pool and music in the evening.
