Located in Ocean City, this lovely condo for $359 per night is a great option for your next break. Oceanfront and bay view. 3 bedrooms that sleep 8, 2 baths. Linens included. High design in “the best building in Ocean City, MD!” Walk for a few minutes to the grocery store, Candy Kitchen, restaurants, the Greene Turtle, or the Ocean City bus stop, if you prefer the convenience of not driving to the Boardwalk. Every square inch of this beautiful space has been designed for your enjoyment and relaxation. Brand new furniture and luxury mattresses, new flooring, paint, lighting, appliances, and much more! Start each day with a spectacular sunrise ocean view from the living room or right from the King bed! Next, throw beach towels into the beach wagon, fill it with the 8 chairs and sand toys, which are also available to you, hop on the elevator which is steps from your door, roll over the sand dunes, and in moments you're ready for a fun-filled day on the beach! Need a break from the sand and waves? The condo building has an impressive list of guest amenities to include: indoor and outdoor pools, fish-shaped toddler pool, three tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts, basketball court, new in 2023 playground, sand volleyball court, sauna, billiard room, exercise room, arcade and an ice cream and sandwich shop. There is also a free movie theatre! Look at the marquee near the elevators for the daily attractions or request the movie and time slot of your choice. Later you can walk across the street to restaurants and shopping, or enjoy the new kitchen and dining room; the grocery store is just two minutes away. Wrap up the day with a glass of wine on your oceanfront balcony. For your convenience, a full linen service will be here when you arrive. It will include bed linens (sheets and pillow cases) for your party. In the condo, there is a king, a queen, and 3 full beds; also a set of bath towels for each guest. Each set includes a bath towel, a hand towel, and a washcloth. King bedroom ensuite with seating area, sunrise and expansive ocean view. Perfect to relax and unwind. Queen bedroom with quiet desk area, designated space for a portable crib (found in the closet), and a bay view. Triple bunk room with 3 full-sized beds. Perfect for 1-2 individuals in each bed who want to share a unique vacation experience. Maximum weight limits are 150 pounds for the top bunk, 150 pounds for the middle bunk, and no limit for the bottom bunk. Great for the kids, but also fun for adults! To ensure everyone's electronics can be accommodated, there are 6 USB ports located in the kitchen; 4 in the newly added wine bar, and 2 on the end of the peninsula. You will be communicating directly with the owner, Andrea, not a property management company! Longer term rentals available October through May. The beautiful new fireplace really puts out a lot of heat! Seize this opportunity to see the spectacular winter ocean, possibly even snow on the beach! I loved the location of the condo. Great view, great amenities on the complex. Love the guarded garage for parking. The condo itself was very updated and cozy. We cook a lot, so I do wish there were a couple more cooking supplies, like an extra big pot, bigger sauté pans for cooking for a few people. I also wish there was more storage in the queen room, but it’s absolutely doable the way it is! The owner was very easy to talk to and responded immediately to concerns. The cable is satellite and did frequently go out during our stay, but that’s not something the owner can help. We would 100% stay here again! Hoping to next year!

We stay at Sea Watch every year and this was at the top of the list. Super clean and comfortable. Check in was as usual a nightmare but not the fault of the owners. Loved the place.

My family has vacationed at this beach for many years. My adult children and I agree that is the nicest condo we’ve ever rented.The apartment is beautiful… tastefully decorated and immaculate! All of the beds were so clean and comfortable. The mattresses look brand new. Really appreciated luggage racks in two of the bedrooms! The master bathroom is a dream! Beautifully updated! Not one, but two coffee makers… one Keurig and one drip. Made everybody happy! The laundry room and the balcony are both very well-maintained and clean. It was wonderful to have access to multiple beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and other beach equipment. We had our coffee every morning out on the balcony and watched for the dolphins. We had several sightings! There is also a large selection of board games etc. which we enjoyed using. We were even greeted with a bottle of wine and a welcome note from the owner! The little wine bar was a special touch! Owner was very prompt, efficient, and patient in responding to questions that I had before the trip and upon arrival. This rental is an absolute dream! I am hoping that we can enjoy it again next summer!

The condo was just as listed. It appears larger in the pictures but was adequate for 4 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils but I always travel with my own crock pot and large fry pan and griddle. I never like the pots and pans as previous renters don't clean or take care them. Be sure to close the refrigerator door as it needs adjusted. There is limited space to store groceries. We like to cook so the kitchen was nice enough.
The dining room is close quarters since space is limited, but doable. Chairs need felt on bottom of legs to make them slide easier.
The view from the living room was amazing and having the tennis courts and playground just below the balcony was perfect to watch our guys play.
We had a great week. god provided us with beautiful weather. If you are a front row person on the beach be prepared to get up at 5 AM to go place your chairs and umbrellas or you will lose the option and take a back row seat. Even getting the front row does not guarantee your spot because people don't care and will set up in front of you. If you don't like crowds this is not the beach for you. We literally sat elbow to elbow with people.
The beds were comfortable but don't try to utilize the bunk beds for adults. There is not enough head room getting into them, the beds are built to close together.
Andrea was very accommodating and took care of our needs. There was a mix up with the linens but it was handled right away. Be sure to bring your own kitchen towels, dish mat (there was not a dish drainer) and dish cloths as none were provided by the owner or linen company.
The laundry/storage area was nice but very unorganized no doubt by previous guests. My son organized it and swept it out before we left. The wagon, sand toys and chairs were used every day and totally appreciated by all.
The floors in the condo made the bottoms of our feet black when we got there so I cleaned them with the wet swiffer provided several times during the week. Previous renters left a disgusting pan in the oven and tried to shove the drawer under the oven closed. There was a pizza pan stuck behind it. It appeared that someone disconnected the smoke detector in the dining area.

The toilet runs, the shower curtain and liner are way too long, so the liner lays on the bottom of the tub, and had a lot of black at the hem. Lastly, both bathroom rugs were full of sand when we arrived, which tells you they weren't washed between renters, and the entryway from the door to the table was all sandy. The owner, Andrea, when contacted about another issue, was very responsive, and contacted the building maintenance immediately. The building and grounds are very well maintained.
