The newly revitalized Riverside Park area is approximately a 10 minute walk. There are several events held at the Riverside Park amphitheater. The beautiful city pool is just a 2 minute walk and is accessible to visitors for a 3$ fee. Kayak and paddle board rentals are available at nearby Riverside Park. Highly recommended is also a Kayaking adventure through Manatee Kayaking / Seaside Kayaking. (Book online and trips leave from Big Hickory Island). The house is located approximately 20 miles from the Southwest Florida International Airport (Fort Meyers, RSW).
