House was good size for our family. Was a great outdoor space in the back with table, furniture and pool. We had fun using the canoe in the canal. Beach was about 10 mins, grocery stores 5 mins. Was great to have chairs and umbrella at the house making it one less thing to pack.

Everything about this property is fabulous! The location is absolutely gorgeous located right on the canal. The home is immaculate and the owner was very quick with response time. It is so relaxing and the pool/linai area is super peaceful. The home is very well stocked with anything you need with all new appliances. My family had a magical visit here and we cannot wait to return! Thank you host family!!!!!

Clean and well-stocked. Exceptionally fast responses from the owner via VRBO messaging. The area is north of Naples in a nice quiet neighborhood with lots of sidewalks. Would stay here again.

Everything was very confusing
Many signs were in German language, the decoration was somewhat poor and meaningless, as was the lighting in some places such as rooms, for the use of the pool heater there are no instructions, which makes it very difficult to use. Using the smart thermostat in controlled air conditioning sometimes makes you uncomfortable with unwanted temperature changes.
There was not a good organization of things in a general sense.

The only major complaint was the house instructions. They were mostly written German and not all in one place.

Comfortable home
We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very comfortable and the location was close to many things. My one complaint is that many things were in German. Using my vacation time to google translate was not my idea of fun, but I did want to respect the rules. We did enjoy our stay and the house was well equipped.

Water main replacement during our stay
The property is fine but the owner and property manager failed to check on the schedule for the water main replacement and rented to us when it occurred. The water was cut off for hours two days in a row and we were informed to boil water for drinking and cooking for the remainder of our stay. We informed the owner and property manager we were leaving - unsanitary conditions were not acceptable - we were even afraid to shower not knowing the bacteria level in the water once it came back on. The health department would not certify the water was safe while we were there. The owner is being difficult about settling our dispute as we left four nights early. His offer was insufficient as we were compelled to move to a hotel.

Gerne wieder
Alles was man braucht war vor Ort. Ausstattung, Mobilar, Zubehör und auch für die Freizeit ( Kajak , Räder und Strandartikel sind vorhanden. Dazu kommt die ruhige Lage und durch den kleinen Nebenarm des Flusses bekommt manauch viele Tiere zu sehen. Fazit unseres Besuches:
Kann man wirklich nur empfehlen und sollte es uns wieder nach Bonita verschlagen, ist das sicher unser erster Ansprechpartner.

Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber und alles nötige ist vorhanden - auch für Ausflüge an die Top-Beaches in der Umgebung. Hat uns vier gefallen da! Einziger Wehrmutstropfen; das Boot war nicht zu mieten während unseren Ferien. Schon aus diesem Grund müssen wir wohl nochmals wieder kommen ;)

Super Haus und Lage, tolle Ausstattung...
Wir haben hier zu 6.(4Erw.,2Kinder(5J.&8J.)) 3 wundervolle Wochen verbracht. Die vorangegangene Reservierung und Bezahlung lief einwandfrei, was auch daran lag dass die Vermieter (Familie Göbel) sich ganz toll um seine Urlauber kümmert. Bei Fragen bzgl. der Urlaubsplanung und Vorbereitung standen sie immer telefonisch zur Verfügung und gaben den ein oder anderen Tipp. Das Haus ist super gelegen. Durch die Kanallage kann man mit Kanu🛶�oder dem Motorboot 🚤�die Gegend toll erkunden und die Landschaft 🦎�🐟�🐊�🐦�🌴�genießen. Der Pool💦�(bei Bedarf beheizbar) war das Highlight der Kinder und wurde jeden Tag mehrfach genutzt und durchdie tolle, liebevolle Ausstattung fühlte man sich gleich wie zuhause und konnte sicher super entspannen.Und auch Manfred und Gunnar von Frisco Home(Hausverwaltung) standen bei Fragen oder Problemen immer zur Verfügung. Der Strand ist 15min. entfernt und auch sonst kann man von Bonita Springs aus viele tolle Ausflüge machen.Touren mit längerer Anfahrt (Kennedy Space Center, Miami) haben wir mit Übernachtung im Hotel geplant. Wir wären gern noch länger geblieben und können uns eine Wiederholung durchaus vorstellen... Aber erst muss sich die Kreditkarte wieder erholen😉�.

wundervolles Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen
Dies Ferienhaus ist einfach zum Wiederkommen...!
Es ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts.
Der Pool ist herrlich, der Blick überall ins Grüne und auf den Fluss.
Die Aussenmöbel sind auch sehr gemütlich. Wir sind gerade als 5 köpfige Familie hier im Haus und geniesse es sehr.
Ich mag es auch sehr mit dem Kanu zu fahren, sehr schön.
Schade das wir nur 5 Tage hier sind, aber man kann ja wiederkommen..
Gunnar und Manfred, die Verwalter sind auch sehr nett.
Als wir ein Problem mit dem Klo hatten sich die sie gleich gekommen..
Ich würde dies Haus jedem100% empfehlen und vielleicht kommen auch wir bald wieder...

Wunderschöne Weihnachten
Wir waren zwei Wochen in diesem schönen Haus.Es hat nichts gefehlt und alles ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.Mann merkt sofort das die Eigentümer selbst oft hier sind und es nicht nur als Objekt vermietet wird.Wir sind jetzt das 4.mal in den USA und es war eins der schönsten Häuser die wir hatten.Kommen gerne wieder

Sauber und gemütliches Haus an top Lage
Das Haus ist umgeben von einem tollen tropischen Garten, alles ist grün und es hat Früchte wie Bananen, Mango, Papaya und Zitrusfrüchte. Auch viele Tiere und Vögel sind zu sehen. Der Kanal ist eher schmutzig da das Haus am Ende des Kanals liegt. Sind aber trotzdem mit dem Kanu Richtung grossem Kanal gepaddelt. Das Haus selber ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Alles ist vorhanden. Die Übergabe hat problemlos geklappt und eine kleine Störung wurde sofort behoben. Es war unser 5. Mietshaus in Florida, das Kleinste von allen aber von der Lage her das Beste! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Atemberaubender Urlaub
Ich hatte in diesem Sommer, eine Woche lang, das Glück dieses entzückende Ferienhaus in Florida besuchen zu dürfen.
Bonita Springs ist ein sehr idyllischer Ort mit vielen Anbindungen zu sehenswerten Orten. Praktischer Weise ist auch das Meer nur wenige Autominuten entfernt, sodass jeden Tag Zeit für einen Strand-besuch war. Die üppige Vielfalt der Natur und der Kultur dort hatten mich überwältigt. Die Einrichtung im Haus ist auch sehr zeitgemäß und ansprechend. Außerdem mit Pool und sogar einem eigenen Steg zum Kanal hin ausgestattet. Es war ein sehr erlebnisreicher und spannender Urlaub, der jedem nur zu empfehlen ist.

Das Haus ist super für eine 6 Köpfige Familie geeignet. Es befindet sich in einer sehr schönen ruhigen Lage. Zum Strand ist es nicht sehr weit. Die Innenausstattung ist top, es fehlt an nichts. Die deutsche Hausverwaltung ist auch sehr nett und kann jederzeit kontaktiert werden. An das Klima hier muss man sich erst gewöhnen, aber da das Haus voll klimatisiert ist, hält man es auch drinnen gut aus. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen 😉 macht weiter so liebe Familie Göbel

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Wir haben zehn Tage in Bonita Springs verbracht und unser Urlaub war perfekt. Das typisch amerikanischeHaus ist wunderschön, mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus und das Grundstück ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist fantastisch, direkt am Kanal und die Touren mit den Kanu waren ein besonderes Erlebnis.
Die Vermieter und die Hausverwaltung vor Ort waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und waren jederzeit für uns zu erreichen.
Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen, genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub in Bonita Springs im Ferienhaus Floridian Dreams. Auch wir freuen uns schon heute auf das nächste Mal, wir kommen wieder!!!

Schönes Haus für einen entspannten Urlaub
Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht und es hat uns super gefallen. Der Pool ist eine super Abkühlung und der Strand ist auch nicht weit weg. Der Mangobaum im Garten lässt einem erst richtig bewusst werden, dass man im tropischen Klima angekommen ist. Nicht nur Eichhörnchen, die liebend gerne auch die Mangos essen, sondern auch Waschbären haben wir im Kanal gesehen. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft und Strand sowie Supermärkte sind schnell zu erreichen. Bonita Beach ist lange nicht so überfüllt wie die Strände von Sanibel Island. Das Haus ist sauber und man kann sich richtig wohlfühlen. Auch die technische Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders genossen haben wir das Grillen mit dem Gasgrill, aber auch Restaurants hat man hier genug. Da fällt die Auswahl echt schwer.
Somit würden wir dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen, wenn wir mal wieder nach Bonita Springs kommen.
Wir wurden hier sehr lieb empfangen und können es wirklich weiterempfehlen.
Vielen Dank für den tollen erholsamen Urlaub, an den wir uns noch lange erinnern werden!

Am Haus angekommen, sagten wir uns, hier kann man wirklich Urlaub machen.
Nach einer sehr netten und professionellen Einweisung in Deutsch durch Gunnar, von der deutschen Hausverwaltung Frisco Homes vor Ort, begann unser bisher schönster Urlaub. Ob das Ferienhaus, mit seiner zentralen Lage, dem schönen beheizbaren Pool und der geschmackvollen Einrichtung, oder die schönen Strände, super Shopping Malls und und und. Alles hat uns begeistert. Wir können eine klare Empfehlung aussprechen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Traumhaftes Haus in sehr schöner Natur !
Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, die Lage ist einfach super toll ! Das Haus am Kanal ist sehr idyllisch gelegen...wir haben ganz viele Tiere dort erlebt. Man ist mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten am Strand....in keine 15 Minuten am Lovers Key Beach der wirklich traumhaft ist. Wir haben das Haus auch abends im Dunkeln gut gefunden. Der erste und auch die folgenden Eindrücke waren sehr gut. Das Haus ist gut gelegen, nett eingerichtet und es hat alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt!
Besonders die Küche ist wunderbar ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt. Sogar scharfe Messer gibt es, was in den wenigsten Ferienhäusern üblich ist. :-)
Der Pool ist eingehaust, so dass wir kaum mit Mücken zu kämpfen hatten. Die Klimaanlage läuft zuverlässig und leise. Zusätzlich kann man noch die Ventilatoren nutzen.
Die Betten sind gemütlich (= Matratzen sind gut).
Wir haben von hier aus verschiedene Ausflüge gemacht, schnell ist man auf der Hauptstraße und kann alles gut erreichen.
Fazit: uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir empfehlem jedem dieses Haus!
