About this house rental
Situated in Bonita Springs, this lovely house for $178 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms, sleeps ONLY 6. Near Naples and beaches, this lovely and spacious waterfront home has everything you have ever dreamed of in a vacation destination. It’s located just off the Imperial River on a navigable canal, and only minutes to the beaches and all that Naples has to offer. This home is close to everything: water, beaches, shopping, and great restaurants to name a few. Please only 6 guests maximum! If you're more than 6 and/or planning a large party or function, please find another property. The entire home features 10 foot ceilings and is luxuriously furnished in a Tommy Bahama tropical style. The spacious living room has a view of the pool and navigable canal. There is a formal dining area which seats 6 comfortably and an informal one in the family room which seats 4. The kitchen has a bar counter with 3 bar stools and is open to the large family room. The family room features a 55 inch flat screen TV and ample seating, with beautiful views of the pool and canal. The master bedroom has a California king-sized bed (longer than a traditional king bed) with a private bathroom which includes a huge walk in shower, double vanity, and walk in closet. It also has access to and a view of the lanai, pool, and canal. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom has two twin sized beds that can be made up as a king and has a view of the pool deck and canal. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and large closets. In the back yard is your own private paradise with a heated sunny pool and shaded lanai. Complete screened and free of bugs. The pool has a westerly exposure so you can watch spectacular sunsets from the lanai. You can see fish jump, turtles, birds, and maybe even manatees along the canal, or fish off the dock for a relaxing vacation. The lanai has a dining table which seats 6 and a comfortable wicker sectional sofa with 2 matching arm chairs. There are 4 lounge chairs next to the sunny pool. Use the gas grill to cook up your catch. The house is located on a navigable canal that is just off the Imperial River. In a short boat ride, you can be either in the bay or Gulf of Mexico. Great for kayaking, paddle boarding or motor boating. Bring your boat or rent one from one of the local boat rental marinas. The east facing front of the home has a beautiful patio with comfortable seating, perfect for morning coffee and enjoying the morning sun. All the TVs are LED flat screens and include digital cable capable for streaming. The house is connected to internet via high-speed and wireless (WI-FI). There is a telephone with free local and long distance calling including free international calls to Canada. The home has an attached 2 car garage and an indoor laundry room. There is additional parking for oversized vehicles across the street, Located less than 4 miles to Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach, you can drive, take the trolley, or ride the bicycles provided. Just 2 miles north of Naples, there are numerous restaurants and grocery stores nearby, including: Coconut Jack's, Bonefish, Outback, Fresh Market, Publix, Trader Joe's. There are over 15 golf courses in Bonita Springs The area is surrounded by golf courses and shopping centers: Coconut Point –6 miles, Mercato -7 miles, Promenade –11 miles. The neighborhood is friendly and peaceful. This is a family friendly and non-smoking home. No parties! If you are more than 6, please choose another property. No pets please. Great location close to the beach and Downtown Bonita Springs. Downtown Bonita Springs is a bit of a hidden gem and extremely close to this location.

We absolutely loved our stay at Imperial Paradise! And a paradise is just what it is! The house was decorated beautifully, tropical pieces and art throughout the home. The pool was gorgeous, warm, clean. We were in the pool everyday. I enjoyed the lanai and sitting outside reading while my kids fished in the canal.
My son was thrilled to have beach / sand toys to bring along, there was plenty of beach chairs as well. The home has 5 bikes, although too hot to bike this visit.
We are hoping to book next year! Gregg was easily reached and accommodating!

My family and I had a great time staying at the Imperial Palace! It was the perfect mix of relaxing and fun! We enjoyed the pool every day, fished a couple nights on the canal and caught cat fish. We were sad to see two of our favorite beaches closed still from the hurricane, but we enjoyed a day at Vanderbilt beach and Bonita Beach!! We will definitely love to come back! Our kids ranging from ages 13-5, all had a great time!!!

Our stay at the Imperial Paradise house was amazing. It was perfect for our time in Bonita Springs with our adult kids and their spouses. The house was equipped with all the beach accessories (towels, beach chairs, floats, umbrella, etc) that we needed. As an an added bonus they even had a fishing pole for our son to fish in the canal out back! 😊

Very nice property and home in a quiet neighborhood with an awesome pool area! The beach was only a few miles away and there were many eating places near by. The kitchen was well equipped & items were in good shape making meal prep easy:) Hosts were attentive to needs when contacted. Thank you for a great stay!

This is a very clean, well furnished and equipped rental. House was well equipped for beach and pool use too! House was exactly the way it was advertised! Owners were very easy to communicate with! Definitely best VRBO experience I have had! Close to groceries restaurants, Vanderbilt and Bonita Beach’s! Great place for my “ workation”. Good WiFi and TV’s too!

The owner Gregg was great with communication. Hurricane Ian hit about 3 weeks before our vacation date and Gregg kept me updated. Fortunately, his house sits high enough their was no water damage and we were able to still stay and use the house for our 2 weeks of rental......Lots of room to move around and not be on top of each other. The pool looking over the canal is nice and there was enough items in the kitchen so you could cook etc. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Fantastic house. Amazing hosts. This property was awesome. Spacious, clean, beautiful pool, and great views. The owners truly thought of everything…from coolers to bikes, beach chairs, towels and a grill; this place is equipped. Greg was in contact with us and wanted to ensure we were taken care of. Our trip ended early due to the hurricane and Greg went out of his way to keep us informed and offer suggestions to get out of the area safely. Everything about our stay was amazing. We will definitely be back.

A beautiful and well maintained home that is perfect for relaxing with family and friends. This property is best for those looking for a peaceful and quiet retreat with a beautiful pool overlooking the canal. The home is well appointed with all types of pool toys, bikes, fishing poles, etc that really allow you to truly take advantage of the property. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a bit of R&R off the heavily trafficked beach and tourist corridor.

This was by far one of the most comfortable and well appointed homes we have ever stayed at. You will not want for anything. We brought our boat and enjoyed the river , bays and gulf. Flawless Perfection
This was by far one of the most comfortable and well appointed homes we have ever stayed at. You will not want for anything. We brought our boat and enjoyed the river , bays and gulf. We really enjoyed staying here and kayaking in the river. This property has direct access to the canal/ river and secure storage for kayaks in the garage. Heated pool to swim anytime and cool off on hot days. Having access to bicycles also enhanced our stay.

Family vacation 2021
Our family of 4 had a great time at the Imperial Palace in Bonita Springs. The house is just as described and we all enjoyed having our own space to hang out and relax as we have 2 teenagers. The pool is perfect for relaxing and we spent several evenings after dinner floating in the pool. Communication with the owners was appreciated. Close to anything you may need. We will definitely return and would love to spend a holiday in this beautiful home.

It only took us 10mins to get to the Bonita Beach, which was wonderful. (A great place if you want to go shell hunting, they were everywhere.) The area where the house is located was always really quiet which was nice, especially mornings we wanted to sleep in. Our only complaint was the house didn’t seem like it had been cleaned very well prior to our arrival, there was dust on everything, dirty dishes in the cabinets and even broken glass in one area of the floor. We contacted the owners an alerted them of this and they said they would speak to their cleaning person. Other than that small issues we were super happy with everything.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is large, had everything we needed and the pool was perfect. Easy drive to restaurants and the beach and a very friendly neighborhood. Gregg was a very responsive host and we would stay here again next time we’re in town.
