Welcome to our newly remodeled coastline home. Located in a desirable community of South Venice. Several beautiful beaches such as Venice, Manasota and Sharky's are located only few miles away. The Historic Venice Avenue of unique shops, exceptional restaurants, special events, Farmers Market, tennis court and Children's Fountain as well as Legacy Trail bike path (Sarasota to Venice) are close by. This ideal vacation home sits in a quite, peaceful area making it an ideal place for any season gateway. This is a great place for biking, running and walking. You will love my home because it can accommodate couples, solo adventures or families with kids and pats. Finally, if you are an animal lover, you can enjoy seeing a variety of birds on the property, including the ibis, heron, and snowy egret.

Property was clean and convenient to beach and local activities. I had relatives in the neighborhood so worked out perfectly for my visit. Slight issue with a faucet was handled immediately and property met our needs with room to spare.

This is our fourth trip to the Venice Florida area. We were lucky enough to spend two weeks at this property in South Venice. Everything was wonderful. Excellent layout. Very clean and excellent communication with the owner. We were happy to see there was no damage from hurricane Ian.
I would not hesitate to rent this home again. We hop e to be back for a longer period next year.

Thank you for the stay in your lovely home. We were quite impressed that even though other properties in the area suffered some damage from the recent hurricane, yours seemed virtually untouched.

The house is beautiful and just as it is listed. There is plenty of room for you to spread out while here. The screened porch is lovely plus a huge backyard. If you come with your dog they'll love it. The bed was super soft, everything was clean when we got here and it's easy to find. You are 5 minutes maybe from Tamiami Trail where all the businesses are. If I'm ever back in the area I'd love to stay here again.

We had plenty of room and more for the two of us and our lab. Very clean and spacious home, close to everything. Friendly neighbors and great neighborhood for walking. We would recommend to friends and family who visit the area!

The cleanest VRBO house I have ever seen.
This is a great house to use as a base to see all the sights in Venice and surrounding areas. While not new, the rooms are well laid out, big and bright. Open kitchen/living room/dining room set-up. Fenced in back yard for our dog which was great. The owner was attentive and even came over to help us with the TV (as we are old and not too good with tech-y stuff).

We had an issue with the A/C, but the owner came quickly and got it taken care of. Property was great and the fenced area was perfect for dogs, no worries about them being able to get out of the fence. Overall a wonderful stay and we booked it again for our next trip down there.

Shark teeth vacation
This home is nicer in real life than the pictures, it is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Very close to beautiful beaches and restaurants. Our dog loved the yard. It's on a corner lot so the yard is big. Very clean property. Comfortable beds. I would recommend this property. We also found lots of shark teeth on casperson beach. Love venice.

The perfect vacation home!
This vacation rental is perfect! One of the cleanest we have ever stayed in and in a very quiet neighborhood. Just minutes from anywhere you might want to be in the Venice area, it is a great location and easy to get to. Check in/out was super easy, the owner is wonderful and very quick with any communication and the fenced in yard was excellent for our pets. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to this area and hope to be return visitors as well!

Great stay!
Stayed for 2 months while looking for a house and it was great. The only problem we had was a crazy cable TV, but Jan was responsive and we got it going. The biggest highlight was the yard for our 2 small dogs. We would sit in the screened in porch every afternoon while they explored. The house was immaculate and well stocked . We would definitely stay there again!

Jan’s home is very spacious and comfortable! I love the location. It’s close to the beach. The neighborhood was fabulous for walking my dog and riding my bike. I would highly recommend his house to anyone.

Awesome Place
Couldn't have asked for a better, cleaner place to stay. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Close to everything you might need or want. Met the owner and had a very pleasant conversation. Would definitely stay here again

Fun vacation
30 day visit was fun for my wife and I. Our dog really enjoyed the large fenced yard. Property was very clean and as advertised. Owner was very responsive and helpful when we contacted him. Location was very convenient.

House has been completely renovated inside. Located close to beaches and island of Venice. Would definitely stay again. Property manager Jan is awesome. Answers back right away if there are any problems.

Central to everything.
This house was perfect for us. Our dog especially loved the fenced yard and daily walks around the neighborhood. The house is clean and well managed and especially easy for us to settle into for the week. We were very comfortable. Everything you could want or need was a short drive away. From groceries to restaurants to bars and beaches. You can see everything there is do to in both Sarasota and Charlotte counties from this location. We would definitely stay again.

Nice home, had everything we needed
Home was well kept and well stocked with all the basics. Location was convenient. Owner was helpful and responded quickly when needed. Air fresheners around house were VERY strong and had to be removed. Wish we had had use of the garage.
