LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Centrally located on a quiet, tree-lined cul-de-sac in the Miracle Mile, minutes from nearly everything worth seeing in LA.

7 bedrooms, 8 beds, 6 bathrooms, 3,700 sq ft, sleeps 14. Parking for 3 cars.

Six bedrooms are inside the main house. The seventh is a detached guest house in the backyard with its own ensuite bathroom, reached by a short walk across the yard. It is one of the seven bedrooms, not an extra room in addition to them.

SLEEPING

Everyone in your group gets a real bedroom and a real bed. Nobody is on a sofa in the living room, and nobody is queuing for a bathroom, which is the usual trade-off in houses that sleep this many.

THE HOUSE
Double doors open to a dramatic high-ceilinged entry hall with a sweeping circular staircase. The living room has a bay window and fireplace. The kitchen has granite counters and a center island with a Viking pro cooktop, plus a new refrigerator and freezer, and looks onto the family room with its coffered ceiling and second fireplace. There is a sun-drenched dining room with a table that seats the whole group.

A spacious sunroom wrapped in windows opens onto a private hedged and paved yard with outdoor seating and a grill. The primary suite has a fireplace, a bright bathroom with double sinks and dual shower heads, and its own private porch.

Hardwood floors, central air conditioning, recessed lighting and a home security system throughout.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Museum Row is one block away: LACMA, the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, the La Brea Tar Pits, the Petersen Automotive Museum and Craft Contemporary. Urban Light, the lamp post installation outside LACMA, is one of the most photographed spots in the city.

The Grove and the Original Farmers Market are about a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. Hollywood, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive and Downtown are all short drives. The new Metro D Line subway station at Wilshire and Fairfax is a 5 minute walk and reaches Downtown in about 20 minutes.

PARKING
Three cars at the house: two in the driveway and a third parked parallel between the sidewalk and the street. There is no street parking directly in front of the home. A fourth car can park on Spaulding, north of 8th Street only. Message me and I will send a diagram.

CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT
Self check-in with a lockbox, so you can arrive on your own schedule. Early check-in and late checkout are free whenever the calendar allows. Our cleaning crew needs 5 to 8 hours to fully turn the house over between stays, so I cannot promise it at the time of booking, but message me a few days before you arrive and I will confirm what is possible.

Checkout is simple: return the keys to the lockbox. No stripping beds, no laundry, no chore list.

A NOTE ON THE STREET
The home sits on a very quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by families and school-aged children, and the neighbors are sensitive to noise. No loud music or noise after 10pm, no parties or events. As long as you are respectful of the home and the neighbors there will not be any issues.
