Beautiful setting, charming stations for cider, hot chocolate, coffee. All the extra amenities were so well done and made us feel special!
Only negative oddly was a very low toilet seat! Sounds weird but it was really low to the floor!

The location was perfect for proximity to both Acadia and Bar Harbor. They have a shuttle service to the local areas. The grounds were flawless. The staff was well prepared with handouts for needed information. Great breakfast! Little touches made this place a 10/10 for hospitality.

The location is meticulously maintained and spotless, with a staff that generously offers a variety of complimentary items to enhance the customer experience.
August 9-10, I booked a stay at Acadia Inn Acadia, expecting a smooth experience. Unfortunately, my credit card was charged three times for one of the rooms. Instead of the expected $800, they deducted nearly $2,000! If I hadn't caught this error, it seems unlikely they would have notified me.
It took almost a week before they partially refunded the overcharge, and that was only after I initiated contact. There was no proactive apology or immediate resolution from their side.
While the hotel does offer some nice freebies, these perks don't make up for the financial headache. If you plan to stay here, meticulously check your credit card statements. It's a shame because the potential for a great stay is overshadowed by such financial mishandling. Stay vigilant!
