The location is fabulous as well as the grounds, great view from the chairs on the lawn.
The room although clean, was small and decorated like is was for a 5 year old girl.

Our stay in Bar Harbor was absolutely wonderful. Besides visiting Acadia National Park and enjoying this spectacular town surrounded by the beauty of the sea and mountains, we had the pleasure of staying at Bass Cottage & Ullikana Inn.
These charming late-19th-century homes have a unique atmosphere that makes you feel as though you have stepped back in time. Every detail adds to the special character and warmth of the experience.
What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the staff. Susie and the entire team welcomed us with genuine warmth, kindness, and personalized attention. In my case, it is something I will always remember. Their hospitality made us feel truly special from the moment we arrived.
The breakfast was also excellent and was the perfect way to start each day.
I wholeheartedly recommend Bass Cottage & Ullikana Inn to anyone traveling to Bar Harbor. It is a beautiful and memorable place to stay, and I am sure you will not regret choosing it.

Very good breakfast; close proximity to water and restaurants and shops
Broken railing on exterior patio - lack of lighting outside patio; room more expensive than listed.
