Awful, scummy, poor Customer service, false advertising of price

Booked my room online and was given a specific price. Then got to the hotel and they told me that my booking was incorrect and they charged me almost $20 more. Smelled like weed as soon as we walked in… people all over the lobby yelling and swearing. Cigarette stains all over the bath tub, no drain plug to use the tub, none of the usual accommodations I have come to expect from Woodspring… Will never be staying at this location ever again

Nothing i liked

There is a bug problem , kitchen stove not working properly , they dont cleaning room , everytime i try to get a towel has a issue , they dont give enough toilet paper, they also asking securiry deposit $100 and i still not received back. Rooms are so small . I do not recomended anyone . Also price is high for that room.

nothing really.

The first night there was a spider and what looked like a roach, the second night there was at least 3 spiders Which I captured on my phone cam. before having to use the shoe on them, I was not very happy at having to do that.

Dreadful, stress - filled experience from start to finish. Avoid this place if you can.

Nothing to like. It took over an hour to straighten out our reservation, and then we were placed in a room with broken furniture. Waiting for my room, I overheard problems with every other guests' reservations (wrong number of beds etc.)

I have never paid this much for a hotel and then discovered that they have no ice machine. The property is very poorly managed. Every complaint made gets the same response "we're a long term hotel". Simple solution: don't stay here as a traveler.

can make room cold

place is gross. had to switch rooms because my room was extremely dirty. there was pee all around the bathroom. when you first walk in the room there’s a terrible Oder. there was a baby roach crawling on the desk. water pressure is not good. the faucets are loose in the shower. The room seemed like it hadn’t been clean in weeks. told the guy at the front desk what was going on and he seemed like he was frustrated that I requested a different room. place is not good. would not recommend.

I would like a full refund.

There is nothing that stood out for me to say that I liked.

I’ve never felt so uncomfortable staying at a hotel, I wish I could have left, bathrooms had hair from previous guest im guessing , the water was not hot and the ac kept shutting off someone had access to my room thankfully I had the lock from inside so no one was able to get in

Super disappointed. Nothing like it was a few years ago.

First room key didn’t work, second room key was for a room that was already occupied, 3rd room key worked. The floors were black (with dirt). Dead roaches under the bed. Smelled terribly. While waiting for someone for about 20 min at the front desk, a man was escorted out of the building by 3 cops in handcuffs.

They had free food on the table in the lobby

I'm pretty sure I left my hat there but they said they couldn't find it. I think the housing staff were just too short to look above the coat rack.

Considering the cost , it did what it needed to do

Cheap bed frame as my partner is a big boy 6”3 and 280, he was afraid to move as the frame was not even attached to the wall.

Overall feel of the room was like a dorm room.

The hotel management needs to ensure cleanliness is a priority. Elevators, floors, smelling good.

No breakfast included

I called 5:00pm to let the individual know I would be coming in later to check-in. When I arrived around 11:30 pm I dialed the 500 no answer and had to wait for 5 to 10 min for someone to assist. When given card to go to room, I opened the door and someone was in there laying on bed watching tv. I quickly closed the door and went downstairs. The front desk person looked confused that someone was in a room he had given a card. The next room given it was ok but had no wash cloths. I was so tired I just went to sleep and could wait to get out of there. Very disappointed

Animal feces, blood on the wall, dirty linens, subpar room, nothing in the cabinets in the kitchenette including dish soap and nothing in the bathroom other than a tiny bar of soap. When we went down to the lobby to get a new room, the attendant was nowhere to be seen and unreachable by lobby phone!

ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS AMMENTIES AND HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I was extremely disappointed with the hotel overall, and even though it was considered “cheaper” than the others in the area (Although not by much- $89 vs. $110) that still should mean the quality of your room and the service you receive is sacrificed and simply terrible. I travel all over the country and internationally for work and I can honestly tell you this is one of my “Top 5 Worst Hotels” I’ve ever stayed in.

FIRST, our room was listed as a “double. In all my years of booking hotels, a DOUBLE room means 2 BEDS… well not at this hotel. The room had ONE SMALL DOUBLE BED, so I was left sharing a bed with my coworker. SECONDLY, the room was FILTHY; there were balls of HUMAN HAIR all over the bathroom, including ON the “FRESH TOWELS”. The shower had black mold around the tub and around all the holders in the shower and the bathroom door did NOT SHUT AT ALL. The room was EXTREMELY TINY; you can only move around so much before you bump into the bed or the night stand so trying to use the bathroom in privacy with the door NOT CLOSING was impossible. THIRD, mostly everything in the room was broken or missing parts. Thank heaven I only stayed one night because the “dresser” was missing its DRAWERS! And FINALLY, there was not a single employee on site the ENTIRE STAY! NUMEROUS TIMES I called the front desk and walked down to the desk and no one was ever there. There was a sign posted at the desk window the entire time that stated they were away from the desk and it gives you a number to call but when you call that number no one ever answers. At the end of the day this was the worst money I’ve ever had to spend. VALUE SHOULD NOT SACRIFICE QUALITY- PERIOD!
