This apartment was beautiful, spacious and had everything that we needed and more. It is a block from the beach and you have a sea view from the terrace. The air conditioning is central through the whole apartment and the hosts were so friendly and kind. Would highly recommend to anyone and I hope to be back in the future!

We loved our stay in Benicassim. A great location to attend FIB (Festival). The apartment was great, and just as described. It was perfect for us. The hosts were very welcoming and provided us with all the information we needed on arrival. The apartment was spacious with a large L shaped balcony with a partial sea view. The apartment was well kept and very clean with everything you need. The hosts have attention to detail so no need to bring anything with you. All kitchen equipment that you'll ever need, beer and water in the fridge on arrival. Salt, pepper, oil, sugar and other kitchen essentials are all there. We give in ten out of ten. The apartment block was mainly residential with a very well maintained swimming pool and everyone we met was very friendly and helpful. We will be back to explore benicassim some more when the festival is not on as we barely scratched the surface of things to see and do.

Apartamento estupendo con matices

El apartamento como tal, es acogedor, tiene todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa, esta limpio, cocina muy equipada, juegos de mesa, amplia terraza con mobiliario para disfrutar por las noches, y a unos 200 metros de la playa. Las pegas, mucho ruido tanto por el día como por las noche, al encontrarse en calle muy estrecha con mucho paso de vehículos, camiones de la basura incluidos, y cercano a una vía principal, con gran tránsito de tráfico rodado. También es reseñable lo escandaloso de algunos vecinos próximos, perros incluidos, así como algún motero que aparca bajo las ventanas, que no tiene la consideración de arrancar la moto fuera de la urbanización, pensando un poco en el descanso de los demás. Quitando esto, el apartamento como residencia, está muy bien.

El apartamento está todo reformado, con baños y cocina nuevos, aire acondicionado que funciona muy bien, buenas camas. Estaba todo muy limpio y muy bien equipado, con muchos detalles para que estés cómodo (bebidas frescas en el frigo, cápsulas de café). Hasta tiene sombrilla y sillas de playa. Por poner un "pero", el lavavajillas de 45 cm resulta algo pequeño para 6 personas. No llegué a hablar directamente con Inmaculada, pues fue mi hija quien recogió las llaves, pero demostró mucha paciencia al esperarnos, ya que cogimos mucho atasco y llegamos bastante después de lo acordado. En cuanto a la zona, la playa de Els Terrers no es de las mejores de Benicassim, el acceso es algo incómodo, por escaleras. Y durante la noche, se escucha el tráfico de la Gran Avinguda si duermes con las ventanas abiertas. Suerte que había toque de queda y a la una dejaban de pasar los coches.

Unsere vierköpfige Reisegruppe wurde am Ankunftstag sehr herzlich von einem liebenswerten Paar in Empfang genommen.Beide gaben sich große Mühe uns in verschieden Sprachen die Gegebenheiten in der Wohnung zu erklären,auch Informationsmaterialien über das Rototom Festival waren bereits vorhanden.Die Wohnung ist mit Allem ausgestattet,was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigt,auch die Betten waren super.Insgeamt ein wunderbares Urlaubsdomizil!Wir kommen gerne wieder!Vielen lieben Dank nochmal an Inmaculada & Salvatore!Ihr seid tolle Gastgeber! El apartamento está muy bien equipado no le falta ningún detalle. Tiene 3 habitaciones, 2 baños, cocina, comedor, una gran terraza, piscina, pista tenis, y plaza garaje. Los propietarios Inma y Salva, son muy majos, nos dejaron salir más tarde y nos ayudaron a resolver incidencia con el coche. ¡Lo hemos pasado muy bien! Gracias por todo.

We stayed here for a week in April 2019. Really lovely, clean, comfortable & well looked after apartment. Everything you need is there. Well equipped kitchen. Good storage space in all of the bedrooms. Great large terrace. Good location with only a short walk to the beach and the supermarket. Would highly recommend this apartment and would come back.

We stayed here in April 2019 and the apartment was exactly as advertised. The rooms were clean and well equipped for all our needs. The apartment is close to two supermarkets and a 2 minute walk to the beach. I would definitely stay again we’re we to visit the area for a second time.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wie im Internet beschrieben. Sehr sauber und gepflegt.Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Radwege sind in alle Richtungen zu empfehlen. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Die Wohnung ist empfehlenswert, in einer wirklich sehr schönen Umgebung. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter.

Los anfitriones Inmaculada y Salvador nos han ayudado en todo y nos han facilitado la estancia y el viaje al máximo posible. El apartamento destaca por la limpieza, la comodidad, la existencia de dos baños con todo nuevo, es especial esa gran terraza, y el gesto de los anfitriones de tener todas las necesidades cubiertas en cuanto a lo que la cocina se refiere, con comida y bebida a tu disposición, así como unas bebidas de bienvenida y todo lo necesario para el desayuno. Hemos pasado unos dias estupendos en esta casa que tiene todas las comodidades. Inma es una persona atenta que tiene en cuenta el bienestar de sus huespedes. Y lo mejor de todo esa amplia terraza que es donde realmente pasas el verano. Estamos muy contentos. Como en nuestra propia casa.

Un piso espacioso con baños y cocina nuevos, y una terraza muy grande a la que se le saca mucho partido. Unos armarios nuevos y prácticos con muchas perchas. Las fotos no le hacen justicia. Un piso muy cuco con detalles que hacen que tu estancia sea de 10. La propietaria Inmaculada muy amablemente te explica los detalles qué harán más fácil tu estancia. Con ganas de volver
