Location is great, short walk to beach and Club Casino, where we saw a show.
Balcony is roomy and fun spot to people watch.
Room was very clean.
Free parking close by.
Very small room with two queen beds, we were only there for one night so it was fine for us.
Dated stlye, like most of Hampton Beach hotels.
Expensive.

I like the fact that it is located right on the main strip was fun. I enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the world go by.
Hallway seemed dark and dreary. Ashtrays on the patio were full of butts and there were peanut shells on the floor, table outside seemed dirty and old. Smoke detector started chipping at 4am. There were only two towels in the bathroom for showers but no hand towels or washcloths.
