The cozy bedrooms all feature premium mattresses, closets with ample storage space. The Master bedroom features a beautiful King size bed and a small sofa 40’ TV and 1 twin rollaway bed, The Second bedroom has 1 Queen bed with a dresser. The Third bedroom has 1 Queen bed, and 1 twin bed. The upstairs living area/loft also has a 40' flat screen TV with a sofa bed with card table. The kitchen is equipped with most common utensils, amenities and appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, toaster, mixer, bakeware, toaster, casserole dishes and a crock-pot. The home has a Keurig. A limited supply of keurig coffee pods and sugar are provided. There’s also gas grill on the backyard patio to barbecue. The outside deck has gas grill with 4 chair patio set that is ready for entertaining. The laundry room has full-size washer and dryer, ironing board and limited laundry supplies. Local grocery store chain HEB is also 5 mins away for those last minute essentials as well as various restaurants. (Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Sprouts) juice bars and vegetarian restaurant (The Greens) which is near Pearl Brewery. If you are unable to attend the new date or I am unable to reschedule your new date I charge a $ 50.00 fee to cover my credit card transaction fee and a 10% service fee.
