The owners have thought of everything - lots of small things make your stay even better . The room we had was large with a beautiful windows - the little kitchen are is very welcome the bathroom large - bus is best to all the central tourist locations but you can walk them in 30 min. The little coop supermarket on the corner is excellent for groceries and if you have a Monday night do the quiz at the Argle Bar- very white area to stay super helpful thanks John for having us

We absolutely loved our stay at Sheen’s House. The information sent prior to our stay was very thorough and the rooms were just as described. It is a lovely old character house with very comfortable beds and was super clean throughout. We could walk to the old town easily or catch a bus very close by. The extra touches were much appreciated such as milk and bottled water, we also found some lovely flowers for my daughter’s 21st birthday, very thoughtful. We were able to store our bags on the checkout day. All in all we had a great stay and highly recommend to others.

The accommodation was attractive and I loved the books and decor. The bathroom was very nice with a large deep bathtub. It was good to have a small breakfast room with a little table. There was a tiny fridge and the owners kindly provided fresh milk and sparkling water and even a little cereal. They also provided passes to park on the street which was very helpful.
The location was pleasant but a moderately long walk into town. At times we heard others walking around and speaking in the hall and other rooms but it never disturbed our sleep.

The location was good
We were not entirely satisfied with certain aspects of our stay. As a family of six who showers daily after long days, receiving fresh towels only every three days was inconvenient, especially since there was no washing machine or dryer available for use. Additionally, it was not mentioned in the booking details that we would need to carry all our luggage up a narrow staircase to reach the second floor. Furthermore, the property being a shared home with rooms rented to others, along with only one shared toilet, did not provide the level of privacy we were expecting.
Another major issue was that the rooms had no air conditioning, and during the hot weather, we were sweating and unable to sleep comfortably. When we raised this concern with the landlord, the response we received was unexpectedly unpleasant, which added to our disappointment.
