Clean and so Cosy.

A great location, and a lovely house. I really appreciated the attention to detail, and the prompt responses - and the friendliness of Ceri and John.
I liked everything!

Lovely, helpful host in a quiet area that is 20 minutes' walking distance to the centre of the city, with regular dependable public transport just 50m outside the door. Lovely, well-appointed room in a quiet, easily accessible area with on-road parking available.
I don't have any complaints and would have no issues recommending this property.

The location was good
We were not entirely satisfied with certain aspects of our stay. As a family of six who showers daily after long days, receiving fresh towels only every three days was inconvenient, especially since there was no washing machine or dryer available for use. Additionally, it was not mentioned in the booking details that we would need to carry all our luggage up a narrow staircase to reach the second floor. Furthermore, the property being a shared home with rooms rented to others, along with only one shared toilet, did not provide the level of privacy we were expecting.
Another major issue was that the rooms had no air conditioning, and during the hot weather, we were sweating and unable to sleep comfortably. When we raised this concern with the landlord, the response we received was unexpectedly unpleasant, which added to our disappointment.
