THE POOL IS CLOSE TO THE DINNING AND KITCHEN. THE PASSAGE IS NARROW. IT NEEDS SORT OF RAIL FOR PRACTING NOT TO FALL ACCIDENTALLY

Excellent. Must stay.
This is the place to stay in Livingston. The staff are very helpful. The breakfast is excellent, the beds are very comfortable, the water has good pressure and is very hot. They serve complementary Pancakes at 3pm and tea and coffee is available throughout the day. The pool is nice and the grounds are very green and well maintained.
They also organize lots of Tours and trips direct from the hotel making everything very easy. I had the $25 full-body massage which was amazing and worth every penny.
The curio market is a 15-minute walk up the road and it is easy access to the falls and national parks. we would definitely stay here again if returning to Livingston. No complaints. 5 star service on a 3 star budget.

The communication from Mike, Elissa, Mirriam, Joy and Mike at the bar, the whole team were exceptional from start to finish in making our stay comfortable full of courtesy and care
There is never eneough time to fully enjoy, but all things considered there was nothing not to like

nice garden, swimming pool , bar area and good breakfast
Room smells smoky and mouldy, bathroom not up to standard, no face towl or shower gel, bathroom door do not fit in frame, no mobile phone charging plug
