Clean, spacious room. Bathroom with hot water. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
The location is a bit outside of the center. Appr. 15-20 minutes walking get you to supermarkets and shared taxis to the falls. A minor thing but I would have appreciated a kettle in the room or another option to have a cup of tea during the day.

I liked the garden. It is truly amazing. Also, the main house is very interesting, as it must have been built sometime between the 1930s and the 1940s in a colonial modernist style. There are a few (maybe five) of the same typology in the neighbourhood. It would be interesting to learn more about the house's history.
The probløem with such old houses is, of course, maintenance. However, the present owner maintains it well; it is very clean and neat, though one can notice issues with the shower and electrical sockets, for example. It may be necessary to renovate the bathrooms and electrical installation in the near future. At the moment it still works well, but one can see that it is becoming an issue.

The staff at Tabonina Bis were the most hospitable .
As a solo traveler I felt very safe at the hotel.
The hotel is a walking distance from the town center so you can easily do a walk
I absolutely recommend this place for your stay in Livingstone
