Clean and smells great. Bit a bit outdated especially the noisy heater. Staff were knowledgeable and courteous. Straightforward without hidden costs. Warm bathroom.

Rich was very kind and informative to us when we first arrived. Facilities were nice, wish the weather was warmer so we could use the pool. It looked clean and our stay was comfy.
Bathrooms were fine. Wasn't blown away compared to other places I've stayed in.

location was convenient
would have been nice to have coffee in the room, or a real continental breakfast not a coffee vending machine and powdered juice, mini muffins of low quality
longer hours for using the pool would have welcome too, i swim before breakfast
$$$$
